So I was trying to trade in one console and one controller. First of all they gave me a terrible price. Even GameStop would have given more. Second they take for ever to test it. They plugged in the console and see if everything worked and it did. Then they had to bring out another console so they could test my controller.(which I only got like $2 for it). They guy was playing street fighter to test it. He literally took 5 minutes to choose his character. He played a whole round while talking to this other dude. I mean why. Just plug it in and see if it works. You dont have to play a whole match. I stayed for at least 40 minutes to trade my things in. It was ridiculous. I would never go here to trade in anything. Gamestop would beat this place anyway.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The trade in values are an absolute joke though. They try giving you .50 to $1 and you turn around and see that game on the shelf for $10. Its a broken business model and this place wont last long unless the owners dont care about profits. So, the trades are awful. How are their prices? Lauhable. This place makes Gamestop look like a bargain. The very saddest thing is they have used stuff that is much more expensive than those same games brand new elsewhere. I do have credit because I practically gave them a bunch of stuff I got from a CL transaction. As soon as I use it up Ill never set foot in the place again.

Best out of/in print video game option in the area. Friendly staff and a good selection that is priced about right vs the internet and you get it that day. I appreciate that they didnt expect me to be a knowledgeable as they are and did not have the usual "Game Geek" arrogance when I asked questions. They are open late enough to go after work. Clean and well organized. They also can search other stores and can get things not on-hand. Will shop there again

This place is super cool. They carry just about everything from current generation to retro 80s gear. I started coming here when I found out they give you a lot more money for trade-ins than Game Stop. I was able to find some great collectables here, well as some good conversation with the staff.

Best place hands down. Usually always find what I need. Staff always very friendly and helpful. The attached arcade in Edmonds is where its at. My 10 year old son would rather spend all the time there. I have never been disappointed . Gamestop is Gamestop. Not comparable in my book.

So I had drove from the other location on 99 to the one at aldwrwood and there was only one person working and they didnt even really help me. I came here to sell my old video games. Everyone else who was here was helped even the people who came after me.

Great selection with some really unique items. Found a hard to get memory card for my Vita at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Always fun to chat with them when they arent busy.

Retro awesomeness! Love this place. Ill stop by sometimes just to play some retro arcades and some pinball. Maybe pick up a few SNES or N64 games, or browse to see whats new. Gamer Heaven

Adequate selection on games PS2/gamecube forward. Anything PS1 back is hit and miss. Prices are neither great nor terrible. Good place to find amiibos sometimes.
