Okay... so sometimes its a bit of a wait in the store but when you finally get a employee they are great. ..really knowledgeable and friendly and dont totally push a bunch of products ... we bought a refurbished XBOX for my son and it just decided to stop working. . I knew it was around this time last year but didnt know when the warranty expired and of course, lost the receipt but the manager Dave looked it up by serial number and excitedly informed me that I have 5 days left on the warranty and to simply come on into the store for a new one. Thank goodness the sales representative had suggested the warranty and thank you Dave for being so helpful !

I didnt like anything about this store.i hated it!!! I have been to many gamestop stores and they are very friendly and helpful but this Coddingtown is no good awfull costumer service and very rude its a skinny white girl she is the worst she needs to go! Very very rude and disrespectfull. Games stop on stony point is the best!!!!!

My friend had left her phone in the store by accident, and when she came back the guys that were just sitting there on their phone and eating snacks said they havent seen her phone. The third time she checked it was on the counter the whole time and didnt bother to even look!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Smells like a mildewy armpit and its cluttered to the point where customers are tripping over racks and displays. Didnt even have a display copy of the brand new Pokemon game, but had one of every older generation game. Avoid this store.

Worst customer service ever. To you Samuel why would you feel the need to yell at a child with autism? Did it make you feel like a big man? If game stop employes people like this not sure I will ever shop there again.

Ive been coming here exclusively since it was Funcoland, and still an awesome store. I mean, I live half an hour away and pass two other stores on my there. Shelly Rocks!
