Friendly staff. I came in to get a disk refurbished, and She the front end was very kind and helpful. She stated she did not recommend resurfacing of Blu Ray disks because she has had reports of damainging the disk... A good hint on that use a damp non abrasive cloth to remove the remaining paste from the disk at home not cirular motion, center to outter straight wipes.... any how it was my Xbox one destiny but had a huge gash in it. Originnaly the disk finnaly stopped running because I found out I actually was playing the trial version so I could not get the disk to run again. Well I told her its fine go ahead and do it. Well guess what!! The darn thing actually runs again and with no issues reading the disk... I have no ideal if it will install from this disk again but it now can be recognized to plAy the game again. Woot!!!

Can I really say how my experience was? After all, I was never acknowledged. Even after standing at the counter for 10 minutes, with 2 people behind the counter. At one point, the boy was standing right in front of me, but didnt even look at me! He welcomed the 2 people that came in after me though, even made friendly conversation with one while helping another. So I walked out, and still no word from the workers as I headed out the door. So either I have a magical power I am unaware of, or these people SUCK at customer service.

Sold SEGA games that dont work. Please make sure you have them checked prior to buying as all sales are final. We were there trading in games, took them 45 minutes to figure out the transaction. The girl that was helping us kept walking away helping others even though there was a guy there doing nothing. Finally after 30 minutes of her screwing around she passed us off to him. He had to re enter everything. Wow!

Its funny how Im now the second person to write a review like this. I walked in and was promptly ignored... There seemed to be 3 people working but none of them bothered to look up or at the very least make eye contact with me. It seemed as though I was unimportant so I left.

One time I went into the store to buy Madden I waited there for 30 minutes because the employees were to "busy" playing some gay little card game...you know magic or whatever tf its called but anyway once he finally acknowledges me he says "oh sorry we closed 10 minutes ago"
