You let me down, Another Castle. I really wanted to give you a 5-star rating, I really did. But you let me down. Their selection is great, their arcade is great, but the reason I went there was because they offered to fix my PS3 with a quick turnaround. "7-10 days" was the offer, "$65" was the quoted fee. I was so excited I jumped on it, and even bought games for the system before I left. I put the cart before the horse. I even told a co-worker that she could drop her X-Box One off and get it fixed. They quoted her a similar offer and fee. I got my system back on the 10th day. They informed me that they had to re-flow the motherboard, because the system kept popping off after about 2 minutes. I took it home and it played for 5 minutes before it did it again. I talked to the person who I got the broken PS3 from, and they informed me that they had gotten rid of the system because it was over-heating. They actually had the main board re-flowed THREE TIMES by (guess who) Another Castle, before finally getting rid of it. So I researched on the internet, I looked into the issue and the symptoms. I modified the chassis and heat shroud with a dremel and mounted a new fan, and I havent had another issue. The fix took me 15 minutes and I didnt have to buy a thing. My co-worker, however, has yet to get her X-Box back. Were on the 4th week of her waiting, and there is no end in sight. Every time she talks to someone at the shop its a different person, who knows absolutely nothing about what she is calling about. Nobody has left any notes on the account about her, and every time she calls in she is told one of these things (in no particular order): "Its in the queue and will get fixed today, you can pick it up tomorrow" , "There are several machines ahead of it, you will have to wait 7-10 days" , or "Anton is working on it right now, he will call you and tell you what the status is later this afternoon." Nobody can give her a consistent answer, or even any sort of explanation as to what is going on; not the person on the phone, not the manager on shift, not even Matt (the owner). I dont make referrals lightly; to not only have my own time and money wasted this way, but to have someone I led to the business have her account so grossly mismanaged is completely unacceptable. All of this could have been avoided by something as simple as a clear explanation of the condition of her console, some form of adherence to the promised timetable, or even something as simple as a call from the manager or owner to explain the delay and apologize for the inconvenience. She never asked for monetary compensation or demanded reparations, she wasnt rude or vulgar. She just wanted the business to provide the service it promised, and barring that, a polite explanation of why the service contract could not be fulfilled. This goes beyond a failure to provide goods or services, this is a failure of basic customer service principles. This is a simple thing to provide, often overlooked by the customer when it is provided; but when you fail to give it to a customer, it becomes the kind of thing that can destroy a business good reputation.

So for anyone who is expecting to have service repairs done for them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO THEM FOR IT. Please heed my warning. I had to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau on May 5th 2016 for they way they do their service. I took my Xbox One in to them on April 2nd 2016 to be fixed. They tell you itll take 7-10 business days. But its now May 13th 2016 I still do not have my Xbox back. They have failed to communicate with me properly about whats going on. Still to this day they havent called or emailed me about anything. And I have had to go in personally multiple times to only get turned away with the same common excuse " youre console is on the technicians take to be fixed , and we will call in a few days and it should be done". To have to hear that 3 times in a row is upsetting. Thats no way to do business when you make people wait longer then the agreed upon service time. So it seems that I may have to take further legal action to get my issue resolved. Its been well over a month and I still dont have my property back. So please DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY REPAIRS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE.

Let me start by saying I try to shop here before anywhere else. Good selection, including import titles, customer service quality can a bit swingy but tends towards good, but most of all, I like supporting a local business. With that in mind I called Monday the week of the NES Classic release to confirm they were getting stock and that theyd be in on release day. I was first in line when the doors opened. I go in and ask for an NES Classic, and the guy behind the counter says "Were only getting one per store." OK? Well then sell yours to me, I was the first one here. "Oh...actually, we havent gotten our shipment in." A few wry words about how hed been fielding calls about it all morning, and that was it. By then it was too late to try anywhere else. What I dont understand is why he didnt sell it to me and then notify me when the stock actually arrived. Unless it was earmarked for someone else? Quite galling.

Came here for a date night with my husband on Saturday and had so much fun! They have all kinds of arcade games including a ton of pinball. My favorite game to play at the arcade is Area 51 and they had it! We went in the evening and there werent a lot of kids running around (which was nice for a date night) and they serve beer! They have the store attached that sales games and video game related items. They had the cutest magnets that they hand make of different video characters it was too hard to decide on just one so we bought four (Mario, Link, a One Up Mushroom and Frog Suit Mario)!

This is a great arcade! I havent been to an arcade since I was a kid, but this really satisfied my craving for that oldschool arcade experience. They have beers and snacks, which makes the experience even better. Plenty of machines to exchange dollars for quarters makes it a very accessible arcade for someone new to the experience. On my way out I picked up a beautiful Goku Figurearts Zero (Charging a Genkidama) statue for a very reasonable price, with help from a very patient employee. Check this place out if you want to feel that sweet, sweet nostalgia.

Huge selection of games old and new, used and unopened! This place also has a wide selection of accessories for any console/handheld device, and merchandise like figurines, strategy guides, and plushies (they have a ton)!! This is a great place to look for rare finds as well. I really enjoy the arcade section as well! They have many classic games and pinball machines available in great condition. Lots of drinks available at the counter too. As a frequent visitor, I can also say that this place has a comfortable vibe and has really nice staff.
