I was told that a product was coming available in 30 days when I called to make sure it was still coming available before the 30 days of holding. It seemed to be gone! I emailed someone on the website some replied back wondering what was the location and that they would make contact. That was almost a week ago and still response . For customer service they didnt even put their own name at the bottom . That shows a major disconnect from their customers . The reason why I give them a one star is because there is no zero. still waiting for a reply Customer

Gamestar sucks. I bought a version of call of duty modern warfare 2 for the pc. But they ended up giving me a dud cd key that didnt work. I went to the store and asked them for a refund and they said I cant have a refund because pc games are sold as is. But they told me to contact steam and that steam would fix my problem. Over all dont trust gamestar. They will just screw you over.

Im surprised at all the negative reviews on here. Ive been here a few times since December 2015, and the staff was great. The selection is impressive for a smaller store, and the prices are fair. I love that they have a 10% discount on used games. The extra 10% for active duty military is also greatly appreciated.

The people working at Game Star are great! Wonderful customer service & warm personality. My 11y/o son even commented on how nice she was. Usually sales people talk over children, she didnt! She included him & made him feel important. That was fantastic! We love Game Star!

I love this store, I came in right before close, and the girl working was very helpful. I asked if she new if portal 2 had been made backwards compatible, and she was happy to look it up for me, it was. I believe her name was Samantha, thank you again.!

I cant find a reason for 5 yet the server better than 3. Reason I do not care too much for the place is due to the fact the retro section is extremely small and prices are very high on top of that.

Weve had hit or miss experiences here. We generally dont expect to find a specific game that were looking for the best price, but weve found fun games for cheap to try. Have never had bad service.

There Games are too expensive! (Even if there pre-owned) GameStop, you can buy cheap pre-owned games. The only thing I LOVE about GameStar, is they have lots of retro games. And every old console.

Was ignored multiple times when I tried asking about games, have gone in multiple times now and its always the same. The wwe employees just talk to their friends or pretend youre not there.
