Gamers Etc, Is by far the best Video Game store I have ever been to. I live in Lodi, so I visited the store in Lodi. The staff is very friendly, and is willing to help with just about anything. They sell what other game stores dont, I have been looking around all of Lodi and Stockton for a store that sold a copy of Super Smash Bros Melee, and they had it! Not only were they pleased to talk to me about Super Smash Bros, one of the employees even played me in a game of it! Just proves how great the staff is, and how fun they can be! Glad to know that real gamers run the place! I will definitely take all my video game buissness here from now on, I dont think Ill ever need to step foot into a gamestop again! The only criticism I have, is they dont stock many accessories, like controllers, adapters, etc. Other than that, it is the best Video Game store I have ever personally been to, and probably has the best staff of any store I have ever been to! Keep it up guys! :)

I Wouldnt Even Give This Store One Star. Before Christmas I went in to buy my brother some games for his gameboy color. A young man helped me to find some find some games that he said would work in a gameboy color. I spent approx $40 on 4 games. Fast forward to Christmas when my brother tried to play these games on his gameboy color, they didnt work. They werent the right kind of games. When we went back in to have them exchanged or our money refunded a different man was there this time. Saying he was the owner, he refused to help us in any way due to lack of a reciept even though the games still had the price stickers on them and he could clearly see they were in fact from his store. He wouldnt offer to help sort out the problem in any way. Im a extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the blatant lack of customer sevice. They dont value their customers. I would never shop here again and urge others to avoid this store as well.

Worst store ever they gave me 7 broken ps4 I ask for mony they gave me 79 bucks I trade them 4 PS4 they suck even bad that they give me a game with no game in the case gamestop is just better than this crap head store they at least test it and put the game in the case

I love this store. They have a great assortment of games. You can even pay to play a console. I believe its $10 for an hour, $20 for 2 hours and $25 for the whole day. The also have a 6 month pass for $120

They have it all if you pre order they give u a discount on your next pre order and they will let u know when it comes out! Unlike GameStop . These guys are the real MVPs

This place is terrible. Sell open and used games and market them as "new". Way overpriced dont waste your time here.
