The store store it self looks old and dusty. I took my sons psp slim 2000 in for repair. The O butten was not working.I was told that this was perty much the only place in salem to do repair work on game systems. I was charged a $25 non refundalbe dep and told it would be another $25 at time of pick up. almost 2 weeks later I was given back the psp and told that there was nothing wrong with it and it looked like it was just put toghter wrong. It seened to work fine and I was pleased that I was not charged any further exspence. 3 days later the O butten is still not working, I went there because $50 seemed reasonalbe compaired to buying a new psp or used one at $100-130. Now I will need to take it back for another $50. And wait another 2 weeks before I see results.

while their selection is pretty good their customer service is terrible and the way they run things isnt right. I went it looking for a game, I asked if they had said game he told me no and that if it does come on he is holding it for his friend cause hes looking for it, I dont find this right. then I had to wait 15 just to ring up. one thing I can say that was positive about this was I had 24 credit and they gave me a 25$ game for my credit but other than that I didnt like my experience here.

Been going here for years. Love the repairs. You cant beat getting game systems repaired for less then youd even buy a used system of whatever is broken. I have been given reasonable credit for games and systems when I have traded. I have also bought games and systems here for a good price. The stock does depend on what others bring in so you need to go often and check for something when your looking for a certain game. I wish they had a website.

Went in to buy smash Bros for the wii last night assured me it was all in working order got back to my house and the game doesnt work. This wouldnt normally be a problem for gamestar or even gamestar but since this establishment is privately founded they had only one option. Very cheap appearance and an even worse experience. Will not shop here again.

Bought a ps2 system, a few games and a ps1 game and memory cards for both systems, I had issues with the ps1memory card. When I went back to return the card and get a new one the owner handed me the a game I was interested in for the trouble... Overall they are reasonable on prices and have amazing service and like to make everything right...

I love this store. The staff are polite, personable, and professional. They take the time to actually answer questions and are extremely patient when I bring in my 4 kids (oldest is 7) who just want to touch *everything*. On top of that their prices are more than fair and their selection is surprising large. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Best used game store Ive ever been to. Fair prices, fair business, best selection of games and accessories Ive ever seen, and the staff are extremely nice. Theyre happy to answer any questions you have, and theyre generally very easy to talk to. I regular this store frequently, and I recommend it to anyone whos into retro gaming.

I liked the casual, local-business atmosphere of this place. They had a big selection, very reasonably priced. The clerk was helpful and friendly without being pushy or with that phony customer-service niceness, and he gave me a good deal on my games! Definitely prefer over Gamestop.

They do kind of rip you off when it comes to selling some game consoles, but other than that they have some pretty good deals. I give GAME CRAZY a 5 star, good luck in the future.

Love buying used games from this store. I have never had any problems with the games or consoles I have bought, and the prices are very good. (Much better the GameStop)
