I usually love this Gamestop, the employees are always eager to help you answer a question or find what you need. However, this new manager makes me question Gamestops standards on management positions in general! I have been in a few times the last few months and have seen him leave employees by themselves with a huge line which I had to wait in for over 20 minutes. The poor associate did her best to handle everyone but he shouldnt have left her!!! So unprofessional!!! Not to mention that customer service means NOTHING to him!! Turning down console trades for "invalid ids" or other bull excuses. I can take my stuff to the keizer store and they tell me everything is perfect and accept my system. I cannot wait for you guys to fire this sad excuse of a manager because all the other employees are wonderful and he is single handedly destroying a great stores reputation. Shop there but not when Travis or Trevor or whatever is there!!!

I went in looking to drop some serious cash on entertainment, who doesnt. I asked the young sales clerk how much the Xbox One was as the price was not advertised on the Xbox One sign that vaguely said "10 dollars off when including a second controller." I didnt know how much the controller or how much the Xbox One was. Never less the snobby Game-stop associate felt compelled to give me a second grade math lesson (she new the prices, I didnt 500+ 60+ 60-10) on adding, then says "uhhhhhhh math . . . . haha," then she turned away from me. Needless to say, I felt a bit uneasy with that form of sales culture. So, I took my thousand dollar expenditure elsewhere. I would like to make a point to Gamestop, You dont have much to work with given people actually willing to pay market prices can easily order off Amazon, Craigslist, or even pay less than yours in Wal Mart.

This location is fantastic. I have visited Gamestops for an overwhelming majority of my life, and even though this particular store is farther away from my home, I will visit it every time simply for the service and the knowledge of the associates. I always like to make sure I know exactly what I am getting and I am not the easiest person to please. I asked a lot of questions about the upcoming consoles and their specs and the opinion of the associates and they answered everything honestly, but professionally. They were also the only location ever to convince me to get a PowerUp card, despite this being my thousandth visit at a Gamestop. And despite the comment of another reviewer, I too had to wait in line but I was greeted. Also, I have this thing called patience. Its neat. Try it out.

I was really disappointed in my experience at this location. I went in to buy a PS4 , a game, and some accessories although I left empty handed. I was in the store for almost 20 minutes looking around and standing in the line for a couple of those minutes. There was only one other customer in the store in which the lady was helping. She never acknowledged me or even looked in my direction. I decided to go next door to eat and maybe I would go back in. She was still helping the one customer when I peaked in so I decided to get in my car and go. When I buy my system I will purchase at a different location.

The customer service was garbage, and unfriendly. Went in and browsed around to look for anything that I wanted. Not a word was said to me for the ten minutes that I was in there. When I ended up spending 200 dollars on games, they didnt even say anything to me at the cash register, they just gave me a cold shoulder, as if they didnt even want to be there. From what Ive seen, the co-workers just talk to each other while ignoring the customers unless confronted directly. The girl that works there at night is snobby as well. Just not a friendly place to shop.

The greatest place here! This is my favorite place to shop for games, and when I say favorite, I mean this store specifically. The people working here seem to be great people, and the customer experience is fantastic. My favorite people working here are Seth and Shawn, both managers. Seth has been working here for years, I think. Always gone the extra mile to help me out when hes there. Definitely the place to go if you want to buy or trade games, consoles or accessories.

Incompetent associate incapable of multi tasking. Lacks the ability to talk and work at the same time. Store is severely understaffed and a line to the door. Customers have been leaving in droves and lacks the ability to get support from their management team when the individual calls frantically. Spent over an hour just trying to trade my xbox one. Seriously fallen from glory Devonshire.

I walked out this evening after not being greeted and having to wait in line for 10 minutes or so. The employee nor the manager offered any greeting or even a "hey, well be right with you". Im not adverse to waiting, but when it was only 1 other customer per employee, yeah, thats a joke.

Glad they got rid of one very rude and condescending employee. I heard he was fired for instore theft and they caught him on the cameras. I like this store for the variety of used stuff they carry but trading stuff in is infrequently worth it.

They are a really good store they offer discounts to pro-members and you can get more trade-in credit for wanted games if you want to get the GameStop app so you know what games to trade in and items also
