IF, youre talking to the right person, this place is a good place to buy video games, and sell for good deals. This business is family owned, but it seems that half of the staff doesnt know what theyre doing, and doesnt have the same sense of value that the other half does. They have NO system that determines the prices of game trade ins. That has its goods, and bads. I have haggled with one of the staff members to get better deals, but even if I didnt I would be getting a good price for my trade ins. But the other half havent given me the same great deals. In fact, I have before felt like I have been ripped off for the trade in value I get from that particular half. I like one half of the staff, and the other half seems to be lost like a mute bat. The good half is professional, and knows what theyre doing. The other half? Theyre unprofessional, and seem to not be at all enthused with theyre job. For example, I was doing a trade in with the bad half of the staff. They use accounts to monitor how much in store credit you have. They dont ask for ANY I.D., just your name and phone number. The staff member wanted to clarify my information with me, so they read my account info to me OUT LOUD when the store was full of people. If someone wanted to, they could write down that information and the next time they come in, they could use my account information to use my in store credit. That same day behind the desk, there was a very young girl actually performing transactions. I dont know about you, but I dont feel comfortable with performing a transaction with a girl who is at least 10 years old. My point being? This store is good for getting old, and new games. BUT, you have to come in on certain days to get the best staff, and its recommended you come in knowing the potential of what your games are worth. I would suggest looking them up on amazon or eBay, and find an average price on your used games so that you can try to haggle that price with the good staff. Dont bother showing up when the other half of the staff is there, though. From what I understand, the good half of the staff works on weekdays, and the other half works on weekends. Got some games you want to trade in on Saturday? I suggest waiting until Monday through Thursday so that you can work with the better half of the staff. If you need to trade them in that day? Just go to GameStop. The best staff member there is a tall male in his late 20s/Early 30s. My least favorite staff member is a woman who seems to be in her early 20s. Either way, be sure you go in knowing what youre doing.

poor customer service the younger guys working here seem so disinterested. i have come in with a console for trade in and have watched 3 customer come after me as im waiting to get my trade credit for 15 mins i was so angry i toke my console and walked out to start it of he act so bummed out that hes gotta test out a console and he slumps over to plug it into the tv then i watch him forget about me for 15 mins as other customers come in ridiculous hes helping somebody trade in their games as im waiting for him to finish my own trade in and take my own console hes already tested then some tweaker comes in as usual im still cast to the side just watching them and waiting he cant decide on whether or not hes gonna buys a 7 dollar cord and he wants to buy something else after hes already made one transaction hes ridiculous and mean while im just standing their. Ive had excellent pulls from here great trade in values good relations with certain employees but all this is over shadowed by the lack of decent customer service. I will say this as other reviewers have said here before that the other half that isnt the younger kids does make you feel valued they are nice and seem to know what their doing like the manager and the mangers daughter i have only good thing to say about them. But one time i walked in and the guy behind the desk goes can hello can i help you with anything and i go no and he questions me almost like no? and i go yeah just looking like i hadnt responded polity enough it rubbed me the wrong way. I just feel so unwelcomed coming their after all the money ive spent and good times i have been their its very disappointing.

Game crazy is kind of gay, (personally I dont like the atmosphere) Besides personal opinion~ Game stop has allot of better selections. Better deals on trade-ins and way better customer service. Ive seen a guy call up game crazy, ask the employee over the phone if they had a certain game. Then the employee just said "One moment please" Put the phone aside for about 10seconds and without looking picked the phone back up and said "Sorry no.." It was kind of funny because I was there. Yet when I think about how many times Ive called up to ask for a game there, it makes me wonder if I ever ended up getting set aside like that guy on the phone..

Great customer service, and the employee is seriously trying his butt off, but his boss didnt train him well enough, and overall the business seems to be run quite poorly. It took me three visits across three days to trade $2 worth of mtg cards. Before you ask, theyre unlike to buy anything you have, store credit is only 40% market value, and exchanges are like pulling teeth. If you want mtg, just go to a dedicated game store. You shouldnt sell video games if you sell mtg, and you shouldnt sell mtg if you dont sell d&d.

They had a very nice collection of classics but wanted a high price for them. Another thing is, I was going to buy a game but they didnt notice it had a scratch till the last second and it really disappointed me because I have been looking for that game everywhere, finally found it, and turns out, was in really bad condition. I thought the staff was cool but they should really check the games before they disappoint another customer.

A good place to go for hard to find games and equipment but the employees arent too well versed in their products.
