I bought an N64 and a game. (Neither of which worked and both had dirt, the console had something pink and sticky in it. ) And attempted to return it the next day 4-7-17. They informed me that I could not get a cash refund for faulty product and had to get in store credit. This policy is not posted anywhere in the store but is helpfully on your receipt after the point you cannot get your money back. Buyer beware this place. You would be safer using eBay.

Annoyed that we bought a psp charger that was faulty, tested our psp last week (7 days exactly). Guy told us we cannot return for cash because its over a week. Well after I told him it was exactly a week he said 3 days. Not amused or happy, they have a good selection but dont care about customer service.
