Terrible. I went in with a friend who was trading in his original Xbox 360, that he had bought from me a few months earlier. When they took in the back to test the tray and that it would acutally turn on, they brought it back out and said they would only give him $12 for it. He said no and we left, little did we know when they took it in the back, they stole his wireless router adapter(first gen 360). I paid $60 for the adapter when it first came out, they had also taken one of his controllers. When we went back in a few hours later, after we realized it, they said we would have to buy them back in a few weeks so that the item could be put through the system. I dont like this place one bit, but its really the only store to buy games from. Try to stay away if possible.

just because you guys tried doing trades and they gave you a bad deal, doesnt mean they are a bad store. their midnight releases are well organized and overall they carry everything i need. learn about the trade policy before trying to trade games or learn how to sale things yourself, otherwise stfu, they sale their new games at same prices as anyone around town, and if you dont like their used game prices i am sure (if you have a brain and know anything about the internet) you can most likely find a better deal. do i think the store is a bad store no, do i shop there, yes for when i want new games, do i go there for all my used stuff, no. but they have good deals from time to time.

I bought an Xbox One console from them. I specifically asked when I bought it what the return policy was. I was told that I had 30 days and as long as I brought it back with everything included, including manuals. I could return it for a full refund. I asked "Even if it is opened?". I was met with a yes even if it is opened you can return it within 30 days. So I took it back about a week later, because I needed the money to pay bills and such. I was then told that I could not return the console because it had been opened. That they would only give me $200 of the original $350 even though I had everything included and the receipt and it had only been a week.

their games are way overpriced I could buy a brand new game somewhere else but here it costs more used just go to CD Game Exchange instead theyre way better I would recommend eating trash then buying someing from this place if you trade them a game thats worth like 60 bucks and thats brand new they give you like less than 20 bucks for it. buy your games at CD Game Exchange or Walmart or Target its just way cheaper that way only shop here if its a good deal thats it nothing else and please people take my advice and GameStop more like dont stop to get a game here

Bought a Nintendo DS game from the Eugene, OR store in 2012 and it worked fine until our 3DS upgraded its software to detect counterfeit games. We didnt have the receipt and the clerk told me they only keep sales records for 30 DAYS! This seems like a tactic to avoid warrantying the items they sell. Granted, we did get 2 1/2 years out of the game, but I think GameStop should at least give is a discount on a replacement since they sold us the counterfeit game. I wont be shopping here any more. -Disappointed

Called before going & was told they had lots of copies of the game I was looking for. Got there & they didnt have any. Ok fine. What bugged me was I was in the middle of talking to the counter guy & he pulls out his cell phone & starts texting & stopped listening to what I was saying. I had to wait till he put his phone away & looked up & had me repeat what I had said. Not good customer service.

horrible gamestop. I have been hung up on twice now (clearly on purpose) about a job and the manage there (named charlie) was nothing but rude. Pretty much told me I need to go out of my way every day to go talk to them face to face, which is bs. They are also unorganized. Also, do not know how to hire people or when to do it (seasonal gamestop hiring should be done before november.

Incompetent staff. Gave me a wrong preowned game and wouldnt allow me to do a return for the right game simply because I didnt use my GameStop membership on that particular purchase. I was so unimpressed that I even took the liberty of canceling my next preorder with them. I will not shop with this company again!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! (4/19/15). The staff there is very very rude adn will refuse to help you if they deem anything not worth their time. They wont even offer to check with a manager when asked and will call you a liar to your face when you tell them they are wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

This stores staff is terrible. Ive gone in several times and been turned away because they dont know how to look up credit cards. Ive used my card at another store without the physical card. Not this store. Great selection, not worth the terrible service. Just go to Gateway.

Called them in the morning to ask if theyre releasing a game tonight at 9pm and they said yes. Went and Waited 30 minutes for my pre ordered game then they tell me they arent releasing it tonight, so come back tomorrow. Wasted my night
