Waited in a long line on Black Friday only to be told they didnt have the game or Hard drive I wanted when I called ahead of time. Then I was told I could go to another store to get the game I wanted. But first I would have to buy the other games for full price, do a refund at the other store. Which no doubt had a long line. Then I look online for a phone number on their website to find out the games I traded in I didnt get the promotion for extra credit for them. Horrible customer service experience. Then when I reach out to complain I call customer service sit on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes to be told I was on the wrong line for customer service which is a lie. Then told a district manager would call me in 3 days. Today is day 5 and no call from the manager. Horrible experience, and they rip you off on trade credits. Think before you shop here, because there are other options available now. And at this rate soon GameStop wont be an option.

Great customer service from every one. I love walking in there and the employees like to chat about games with you and give great suggestions. I just hate Game Stops trade-in policy. Doesnt give you much for your games or console. You can find some rare games here if you look around enough. Overall, great place to buy some new or used games.

Everything was great. Customers was were nice and patient, employees where very knowledgeable in all areas... only one downfall I get home to play the one game I wanted to play with my brother and the case was cracked. I guess my own fault for being to excited to get home and play, and not checking before I walked out.

Very friendly. I purchased an item earlier that day, and my family wanted to get the same thing for my daughter. The customer service rep called to other stores and found the item, then called me back and said that the other store was gonna hold it for me

The lady working there was extremely rude & couldnt even tell me how much their warranty costs, then assumed I was cutting in line & all I was doing was reading a sign for the warranty she couldnt tell me about! Crap (just lost $ and my business )

Drove here from a few towns over to get a game we put on hold and when we arrive they inform us that they dont have the game in store. Had to give the one star but the experience sucked drove thirty minutes for nothing!

This GameStop is standard size and is usually pretty well stocked. The staff is personable and always have great recommendations plus theyre very knowledgeable. Great place.
