Good customer service. However, when purchasing from GameStar, keep in mind your money is forfeit as soon as you hand it to them. If youd like a return, you wont receive it; you can only receive store credit, even if the product itself is faulty. It would be a huge kindness if this policy were mentioned before purchasing since many people assume a business would have a money-back return policy, especially for products that dont work. Another massive issue is their limitation on store credit, which can only be used at specific store locations. Traded in an item in Wilsonville and another in Oregon City? Guess what; that credit is now limited to those stores. Whether this is a technical limitation or another shady policy, this is unacceptable and only further displays their ineptitude. I will not be returning to GameStar, the watered-down, poor mans GameStop, no matter how friendly the staff are.

Worst customer service! I called ahead and asked if the had any PS4 games for 3-6 year olds. She said only Dance 2014. So I drove ver purchased it and took it home to give my grandkids something to play in the bad icy weather we were having. Well, once I got it home I learned it required a camera, which I didnt have. So I immediately called to see if I could return it. The guy said no, only could get an in store credit. He didnt tell me I had to do that within 3 days. So after the following weekend, after the ice was melted I returned it for an in store credit, but now they wouldnt give me full credit because it was more than three days. It sure would have been nice if I could have gotten good customer service and revised all this information the first time. I would never have bought the game in the first place. Now I have a stupid 9.00 credit that I WILL NEVER USE!!!!!

First off, Im not biased in one way shape or form from one game shop to the next... That said, this little game shop is awesome, what they lack for in some accessories on the shelf they make up for ten fold by not having to put up with an early 20s douche baggery smug attitude commonly found at their main competitors stores. Jeff, who I think is the owner or manager (and if he isnt portrays a definite vested interest in this business) is awesome and twice has gone completely out of his way for me. Ive been going here for a while since Im in the area. Ive picked up a few items here and there, and I ran across a pair of bad controllers I had previously picked up from them. Brandon helped me today, and went through extraordinary lengths to fix things, going far above and beyond what I expected. I really appreciated this. I plan on continuing to shop here, not just because of this, but also because of the other friendly staff members there.

This place is rad! Not only do they have a good selection and competitive prices, but Im also an avid MTG player, and they sell singles! Their selection isnt thw greatest, but for the most part their singles are priced fairly, and the fact I can trade in my old movies or games to get cards I need is the shizz!! Keep it up guys, and Ill be back for sure!

Never new a game store would turn down buying blue rays and a DVD series. 4 different times Ive gone in and have been told not buying today. Now lets keep in mind this is over a two month period. CD game exchange will have my business from now on. Game star yall should close the doors.

These guys suck. I was told 30-day money back. Nope, in-store credit. NOT the same as money back Im afraid. So..... I have $40 credit for a store I dont care to frequent again. Im sure there are good things about this store, I just didnt happen upon them.

I love this store. All the employees are super friendly, helpful, and chatty. Wonderful trade-in policy and a usually decent selection of games. They once ordered a game in for me from another location free of charge and called once it arrived.
