I bought expensive Nike shoes here last year. the manufacturer markets their shoes with a 2 year warranty. Both left and right shoe broke on the same spot after using them a year to take my 13 year old dog on short walks. The store manager at Famous Footwear told me, I should be happy my shoes lasted a year and they will not uphold the manufacturers guarantee. Stay away from this store and their substandard shoes.

Famous Footwear at The Commons Mall is a Updated & Modern Store. An employee greeted me as soon as I walked in, even though he was busy stocking. He later happily assisted me in finding the shoes I was looking for. See what deals you can find. The clearance racks have some nice shoes at low prices. This location is a 5-Star Store, with 5-Star Service.

For the most part, they have always been courteous to me. They have a good selection of sneakers, and the prices are good. I support my local businesses, and appreciate how hard they work. They are on their feet for eight, and sometimes more, hours a day. Sometimes, the customers are bad, and come in with a chip on their shoulders.
