With over $200 of overpriced kids shoes in hand and more to shop for, our 4 and 5 yr olds need to go to the bathroom. Oh no worries, we think. Obviously we can just go here. Nope. These clowns are more concerned with their restroom "policies" than their customers or even making money. We dropped those shoes and headed for the nearest bathroom (Starbucks across the street). And no, we wont be going back to this particular Famous Footwear for those shoes, now or ever.

The poor staff at this store. Its run by a girl who lacks professionalism. The last time I was there I heard her chewing out one of her staff members right in front of everyone. That is very rude. She is young and doesnt understand how to handle employee issues, or at least WHERE to handle them. I wont be back, and I recommend that nobody else does either.

Went in here with a friend a few years ago. So-so customer service to could use a few more employees on hand. The shoe floor attendant should not also run the cash register. A little pricey. I go to the discount rack and if you shop alot you find a fair amount. Otherwise you get what you find.

The variety is okay, the prices are okay but the few times I have been at this location it was hard to get help. I do not blame anyone in particular, just that the staffing is one person shy.

It would be nice if they opened when they said they were going to. Sign and online says it opens at 10:00. Currently 10:10 and still waiting........
