Buna Set

bad customer service it was my first visit on 1/13/17. i had to go get cashier to ask questions. i was searching for particular boots that i saw online. then she said she could see if other store had boots. the manager asked her what she was doing and came back to me to say no other stores had my size. she didnt offer no suggestions. i will not return.

Horrible customer service, the only pair of shoes I wanted were scuffed. The cashier said "Id discount them but I cant" and tried to buff it out then offered to get the manager but suggested they would not discount them because "they will loose too much money". Manager came over and was not helpful at all. They lost my money alright

Staff were incredibly helpful in bringing out additional sizes, finding items at other store locations, and explaining DSW rewards.

Sad I wasnt able to find a cute pair of heels. But I must say they have a huge selection of all types of ladies shoes.
