UPDATE (8/29/2017): I had a few issues with getting a hold of someone earlier, but am happy to say that the Regional Manager Kristina reached out to me and is making efforts to rectify my situation. I appreciate that my concerns are being heard and addressed. Now to see if they can be resolved! (8/20/2017) Very poor experience. This was a complete rip off and feels like they are taking advantage of people in pain. These inserts are absurdly priced and have zero customization. They try and sell you on the "Cadillac" version for nearly $400, for one of THREE sets. Furthermore, if you show hesitation, they bring out the "more affordable" inserts for about half the price. They have NO RETURN POLICY, only the ability to upgrade to the more expensive ones. After four weeks and ZERO CHANGE, the salesman tried to explain that its because I bought the cheaper pair. I just dont understand why he would even sell me the cheaper ones if he is telling me four weeks later that theyre "just not very effective." Go see a real professional and save your money.

I am so happy with the Good Feet product, literally JUMPING FOR JOY. I am a personal trainer and for the past 2 years, plantar fasciitis has reared its ugly head. It was getting worse by the day and sometimes after I worked-out I couldnt walk for 12-24 hours without hurting. I had heard the commercials about the Good Feet store and I decided it was time to try it. After just 2 days I ran a 10K following their guidance and at the end of the run I felt fantastic. I was even starting to feel a little low back pain but NOT ANYMORE. I am a believer. Works fabulous. Thank you Nicole at the Tualatin store. Im smiling ear-to-ear.

I went to the Good Feet Store in Tigard bout a year ago, and Dean helped my Aunt Tammy, she was in allot of pain when we went there. Dean was kind and patient with her and got her into supports that took her pain away almost instantly! So what ever they cost we were happy to pay it! My Aunt is now out with my Daughter and they are playing together, something she hadnt been able to do in a long time! I truely thank the Good Feet person Dean, who made our family life so much more enjoyable again, every day. You cant put a price on that.

I work 10 hours on my feet and non stop walking. I use to come home and could not walk with out almost falling down. I tired other supports with no help. I heard about good feet and thought why not give them a try. When I first walked in I was greeted right away and asked how they could help me. They listened to why I came in and asked questions before I was put on any supports. They look their time to make sure I got the right supports. I can now come home and not feel like I am going to fall down in pain. Thank you good feet!

Lots of sales song & dance. Promises to contact me in 30 days: never happened. $500 for OTC orthotics that provided little to no relief despite following instructions to the letter: twice. Salesman replaced original orthotic at no extra cost. Again promised to contact: never happened. All in all, a rip-off. My podiatrist sold me custom-made orthotics for $350 that have nearly done away with my plantar fasciitis problem. See a professional, not these guys looking for a sales commission.

felt like a psychologist meets timeshare sales.. what do you think is wrong with your feet? What does this imprint look like to you? Does this appear to be suppination or pronation to you? I came for answers from experts - and got neither. Seemed a little shady, the whole experience. the sales person pushed hard that I needed something, but never told me why, and left me sitting there for 15 minutes as she "consulted" in the backroom. Odd. Had high expectations. Surprisingly expensive.

This place is a total con job!. And if your doctor told you that you have plantars fasciitis, first look at any medication you might be taking and be sure thats not your issue first)! Antidepressants destroyed my body, including my feet. Being off the medication and eating healthy resolved my problem. The inserts sold by Good Feet didnt do squat! Just sayin! Watch out for statins and FQ antibiotics. They can case foot pain as well.

I had Plantar Fasciitis for months, and it was only getting worse. I saw a Goodfeet commercial so i decided to stop by and see what they did one day, and boy am i glad i did. To my amazement I got relief before i ever left the store. The staff was extremely helpful and explained the process thoroughly. I would recommend Goodfeet to anyone with foot, ankle, knee, hip, or back pain. Thank you Goodfeet!

These folks use every trick in the book to try to get you to buy their overpriced, unfitted piece of plastic. Dont go here. There are better options that are less expensive or spend the same money somewhere else and get a fitted orthotic.
