Shopping here is worse than shopping at a cheap jewelry store in a mall. As soon as you walk in the door, the sales staff will try to "get you fitted" for shoes. No matter what you tell them (you already know your size, you know which shoe you want, you just want to browse, you dont want to buy their over-priced insoles, etc) and how polite you are about it, they will act as if you didnt say anything and become very offended. I will never go back and advise you to stay away!!

Ive been a long time Road Runner customer. I came into the store to buy a specific pair of running shoes and left without buying them because the staff was so concerned about trying to sell me something else. It was like being at a used car dealership. I ordered the shoes online from another retailer for 1/2 the price on my way home. Going to miss being a Road Runner Sports customer, but the new management here had definitely set a new culture that doesnt work for me.

I was recommended this store by my Podiatrist. Upon arrival there was no welcome hi or hello. No help was offered and no one was available to help with questions. Cute and younger females were well taken care of and flirtatious behavior was observed. Service here is based on looks! I would not recommend this store to anyone and a great suggestion maybe call ahead and schedule an appointment before heading out. Hold time is over an hour till someone helps you!

Staff member was enthusiastic to have me try out their special insole but became less enthusiastic when I said I didnt want it. I arrived an hour before closing time and it became increasingly apparent that the staff were more interested in quickly making a sale and finishing for the night than actually helping me find the best pair of running shoes. I ended up leaving without purchasing any shoes. A very disappointing experience.

For anyone looking for the best shoe for them, this is the place to go. They will work extensively with you, on a treadmill, on a platform, watching your form and more before custom fitting insoles. Great selection of shoes. My husband swears by his insoles and Brooks Ghost 10s. When family was visiting from Indiana, we took them there and they were blown away by the experience and customer service. Awesome place, awesome people.

Reasonable selection of shoes. Friendly and helpful staff. But theyve got a formula for how they handle you. A set of foot measurements, gait analysis and fitting for "orthotics" that theyll later try to sell to you, before you can try on any shoes. So plan to be there for a while. That said, they have a 90 day return policy if something doesnt work for you, which is nice.

I went in looking for a specific pair of shoes and they tried to diagnose my feet and recommend everything else. When I said I already knew what I wanted the sales associate stomped off and acted as though I was just a nuisance. I will never shop there again and will be canceling the membership I have with them.

Best shoe shopping experience EVER!!! Emily helped myself and my husband out over two separate shopping trips. Im looking forward to wearing out my new shoes just so I can go back! Great customer service. Went out of their way to serve and help. Will be my go to place for running shoes from now on!

Nice store, good selection, friendly staff with one downside: they shove membership in your face. Everything is discounted for members, which is great if you want to be one but annoying for anyone that isnt committed enough to the chain to shell out that kind of dough.
