I bought some rain boots over two months ago in late August and only wore them about 8-10 times until late October. They turned out to be defective and ripped along a seam where the rubber was thicker on one side and thinner on the other. I emailed the DSW facebook page and they helped me out by giving me information on what I can do and they also emailed me my receipt (which is grrat because I couldnt find mine). I went in the other day to see if I could return them for store credit or exchange them since they were worn and the 60 day return window had already passed. The manager at that time was really nice and she let me return them for store credit. Since those boots were defective and they didnt carry that style anymore I wanted to find another pair of boots that would be good for the rain that didnt have that style of seam that could potentially fall apart again. I found some better boots that I really enjoyed that were more expensive and walked out with 4 dollars left in store credit because of the great discounts and coupons from their rewards program. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the way they handled my issue. :)

They always have a great selection in stock and good selection in clearance items for women. The prices are very good and even better if you are a rewards member and get their discounts too. The only hassle is the location - traffic and parking is always super crowded and people are stupid-aggressive around here.

Mostly shoes with some bags and accessories thrown in. Whats not to love? There is always a good deal on the clearance shoes, you can order online and pickup in store = you dont have to pay for shipping! Create a profile and earn points. Great coupons.

Surprisingly good brands for a strip mall shoe chain. The prices are way below what youd pay for the same dress shoes anywhere else. Their discount program seems like a good deal if you are the type of person who buys shoes often.
