Very helpful. I see others have had a bad experience, but I was looking for new Sperrys and the ones I liked were no longer made. Described my shoe to the clerk, and they asked my size. Thought was lost cause, they came back with the exact shoe. Was in back store room and happen to notice it and remembered once I asked. Completely surprised and was excellent service on my visit.

Worst store ever people dont help you they take forever not to mention they wont ever answer the phone if you wish to call to ask a quuck question. Place seems like its run by teens.

Never have the size needed and Im size 8-9 the most common. Slow getting shoes and always trying you to order online. Avoid at all possible.
