Kids love cold stone. Great ice cream. Sometimes they seem understaffed and wait time in line can be longer than it should be. Anyone not familiar with how cold stone works, you pick your flavor ice cream (many too choose from) and they have a, what seems just about endless, selection of "add ins". They scoop your ice cream and place it on a refrigerated marble countertop (hence "Cold Stone", and chop up your add ins and mix them in to the ice cream. They have great waffle cones and waffle bowls that area made fresh in house throughout the day, they even dip them in chocolate. Five stars for ice cream. Minus one star for wait times occasionally.

There is mold in the tiles in the front finding hairs in the ice cream very dirty floors and walls service is very slow thats why the line is so slow the employees are rude and take forever and by the time you get your ice cream its fully melted and the cones are stale they never have fresh ones when I go every time I go there I have to ask someone to wipe the table down prices are very expensive for such a little serving ive heard very bad things from the people that work there and when I asked how it is working here a girl looked scared to tell me and said its... Great but with a sad expression.

DO NOT COME HERE. As a former employee I know how unsanitary the back room conditions are. There have been maggots and mold. Please do not come here until it is under new management. Workers rarely get breaks, the owner Karen constantly makes employees uncomfortable with comments she makes, and rude emails are sent out almost weekly. They use fear to get employees to work and it always backfires. Cakes get dropped on the floor and the owner just has employees re-frost them and put them into the lobby display for unknowing customers to purchase.

Theres mold in the tiles in the front as soon as you walk in. Ive found hair in my ice cream before. The floors and walls are dirty and gross. The service is slow and the employees are rude and take forever to get your ice cream. The ice cream is melted and the cones are stale almost like they dont have fresh ones. The tables are always dirty and the prices are ridiculous for such a little serving. Ive heard really bad things about how the workers get treated. I definitely wont be going back there until they fix the way their store runs.

If you love ice cream, why havent you been here. Cold Stone is amazing, and ordering Quart sized (2 pints) containers is cheaper than 2 Pints of nearly any ice cream at the grocery store. We come in weekly to get our favorite flavors, and try new ones suiting our taste that week, plenty of choices, most are exciting new flavors, and combinations.

Pretty spendy, but very good custom ice cream. If you never been to a cold stone before, they take the base flavor of your ice cream, and then mix it up with what ever toppings you want to make custom flavors. They will never let you mix your base flavor ice cream too. The strawberry cheese cake with sweet cream and oreo mix is to die for.

Had a wonderful experience at cold shoulder today. I stood in line for ten minutes wairlting for both servers to finish chatting it up with the lady in front of me. after all that wait time I was rewarded with rude service and a cup of half melted ice cream and freezer burnt fruit. what a rip off

As like every Cold Stone, this location typically has a line within the store to get your order. The quality of the employees here is above average in comparison to other Cold Stone locations. But, as always, the ice cream is consistent and it is always great when you can personalize your order.

This is the best ice cream around! The servers we very nice and let me try all the flavors of ice cream and they added extra toppings with out a cost. I enjoyed my waffle come on this rainy day!

We have magets in our ice cream just letting you guys know the employees get treated like crap also. We have to stay late no matter what. Its a very terrible job.
