We ordered a half-birthday cake for our little guy because he was turning 6 months. Since he was born early and we didnt do a baby shower for him, we thought having a half-birthday would be fun for the family to do. The cake was suppose to be a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. I sent my husband into the bakery to pick it. That was my first mistake lol. My husband said that the person at the counter tried to close the lid on the cake and it wasnt small enough to be shut like that and in the photos you can see where the frosting got stuck to the top of the lid. When my husband comes out to the car with it I notice that the blue butter cream frosting isnt really blue. Its patchy and can see white threw it. (In the photos.) The cake is cracking around the edges and is totally uneven. (In photos.) I had already paid in full for this cake and was picking it up the day of the party so I had no time to get another one. (As part of the bakerys conditions, it must be paid for full, in advance so they can have your money before you can do anything about a hideous cake that anyone, including myself, could have made better.) The cake was suppose to be the center piece of the party and obviously we had to push it to the back of the table. The frosting was suppose to be a buttercream frosting and normally buttercream is a rich smooth consistency. The stuff on this cake was chalky and disgusting. The cake was so unstable that the top of it was toppling over. My other son is having a birthday coming up and theres no way we will be ordering threw them again. I do not in anyway recommend this place in anyway.

I have been here quite a few times and have always loved what Ive had - coffee, slice of cake, brownie, cheesecake, etc. So when needing a birthday cake to bring to a restaurant since they wouldnt allow homemade cakes, I placed an order. I hate to say it, but it was not the taste and quality I expected from Corina Bakery. My order was chocolate cake, bavarian cream filling, and espresso frosting. The cake was a bit on the dry side and the filling was practically nonexistent. I literally could not tell what kind of filling was in the cake because it was spread on so thin I couldnt even see it, let alone taste it. The only reason I knew there was some kind of "filling" was because the cake layer was cut in half where the filling should be spread. I love buttercream frosting made with real butter and I get that it is typically sweet. This was not what I tasted. It tasted like plain sugar with espresso flavor. Nothing buttercream about it. So, I dont know how they couldve failed in making a simple sheet cake when the cakes in the display case are so fabulous, but I will not order from them again. Especially at $53 for a 1/4 sheet size cake! I was so disappointed :(

Customer Service is poor. Ive contacted them several times and was still waiting for a return call/reply. At first glance someone was responsive when I sent the request and when I sent pictures of a potential birthday cake I was told someone would be in contact with me. Ive sent pictures for quotes, and the response was, "send the pictures via email so I can give you a better quote". Ive sent several messages, and still nothing. Ive given up on waiting. I was hopeful, now that Ive seen the reviews it makes sense. Thats unfortunate... Its unfair that I have to submit my posting with a star...

We read the reviews and noticed that this place was one of the top rated bakeries in the area. When we arrived we were sadly disappointed. The customer service is horrible. The workers behind the counter, six of them, were all seemingly grumpy except one. The banana cake I had was dry and tasteless. The two truffles we had were extremely hard and not flavorful. The tables were all dirty and the water was empty that is avaliable for self-pouring. When I asked the man behind the counter for a cup so I can get water he seemed very hesitant and reluctant to offer me one.

Saw the reviews and went in and ordered for a party of 50 people....25 cupcakes, 1/4 sheet and a 6 inch for the BDay Gurl. Cakes were a 7 out of 10 for flavor and overall . The cupcakes were beyond reproach, they were so dry it was as if an ingredient got left out. Or maybe just over cooked, Im not a baker so I cant comment But for 168$ I expected a much better cupcake and a much better cake, I sure miss Ms Frizbees Bakery. But the cakes were good, but something happened to the cupcakes, Ill try somewhere else next time. Costco is as good if not better for the price.

I have been to Corinas Bakery numerous times and continue to have unpleasant encounters with the employees. Each time I hope for an experience that will be different from the last. Unfortunately, I have realized that Corina Bakery has adopted a culture of rude, unapproachable, unfriendly, unenthusiastic staff who are unable to grasp the concept of customer service. While Corina Bakery offers mediocre baked goods and coffee, the cold unwelcoming environment that their staff creates is not a shop I would reccommend to anyone.

Ive gone there for my bday cake and it was beautiful! It was way prettier than I thought it would be. All the details...amazing! It tasted pretty good except for the frosting which was too sweet. I thought it might have been just "pink champagne", but after trying several slices of different types of cakes all cakes frosting were too sweet. Plus Ive been at that bakery many times and every time they have the same type of food. Its boring having the same options over and over.

Corina bakery has something for everyone from vegan, to gluten free options. I have had 4 different flavors of their cake. Red velvet, pink champagne, funfetti, amd lemon cake with raspberry filling and white frosting. All were delicious and super moist except the funfetti which was pretty dry. Great place to grab a quick treat/bite to eat on the go or sit in and have a coffee date.

This food....is so good... they just take the food item, and make it the most delicious version of what it is. The cheese is cheesiest and meltiest, the croissants are flakiest, and they make everything at the perfect temperature. Its like you can enjoy how hot and amazing it is because it doesnt burn your mouth. Everything just has amazing texture too.
