I cannot even begin to imagine how the employee that I had ring me up was hired...Her name was something like Sanita. She was awful to her co-worker and quite rude to me. It wasnt so much that she was plain mean, it was the attitude, very snotty. I felt very judged and uncomfortable with this woman. On a lighter note, the new store is fantastic, the other new employees have been nothing but fantastic!

I was there for over half an hour and the two girls working there would rather talk to each other than even acknowledge my existence. Even when the store was empty they just gossiped with each other and the store was a complete pig pen. I love Rue 21 but I highly do not recommend going to this one.
