Youll survive, and probably score a few good deals before you leave. The store is well laid-out (especially compared to the cramped Totem Lake location) and features a variety of womens clothing items, though the mens section is often skeletal. Yes, gentlemen, those clearance items are on the clearance rack for a reason. Weve have had good success finding seasonal decor and even a few paintings here for our condo. The items are humble but often very nice. Just do yourself a favor and avoid visiting the store on a busy day, or youll get a snootful of attitude from the sales associates. Sorry to enter your airspace, maam... just paying your salary.

It was one of the worst customer service i had in recent times. I went to the store to buy something and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes in the line with just 1 person ahead of me. The attendant on job was downright rude. I had a coupon from an earlier return and when i tried to offer it for a purchase and tried to explain more , she simply said that she "knows her job and does not need anyone to tell her how to do it". I was not even arguing and her voice just kept raising. With such an attitude, this store would lose customers pretty soon.

Good selection and prices but this store has management issues. Plenty of checkout lines but they were under utilized. No cashiers were present for a majority of our visit forcing customer service to handle both purchases and returns. Only after a very long line formed were any checkout stands opened. Additionally the carts have a crazy anti-theft system that prevents carts from leaving the store. This in turn creates issues for those with multiple bags or large and heavy items.

Selected 1 star cause thats the only way I could have written a review. Otherwise Id give them ZERO stars.. Which is really unfortunate cause the associates are really nice. The manager Alisa is very unprofessional, she stands around bad mouthing the staff in front of customers. Cursing out load and throwing stuff. There are so many other staff members with better qualities it amazes me that Ross chose her as the manager.

Large range of goods from bathroom products (soap, perfume, make-up, towels) to clothing, handbags, purses and shoes. Also a reasonable pet products section, including dog/cat beds, chew toys, treats, etc. Many home goods, including rugs, mats, mirrors and curtains. Also toys, travel products and some food (including seasonal) items. Something for everyone!

This location always is full of great selections at the lowest prices, I recommend anybody coming here for any designer clothing who doesnt mind saving over half the price on all items in the store. Ross Dress for Less is an amazing place for gifts apparel home decor and must admit their candy selection is really great haha.

Waited first in line for 5 mins while the 2 cashiers were ringing their customers up. Never acknowledged my presence or said " someone will be right with you" So I left. Wont be back
