I was trying to shop in the morning of the weekday. Well, the experience was bad. I knew exactly what I needed, so I headed to the area. Came to find out that my pair of pants was really limited availability. I tried to look around for assistance and, of course, there was noone available... After a better search I found one at the entrance, so I asked for assistance. It appeared that the clothes was all hanging on different hangers, and it was difficult for the eye to catch it. After finding what I needed I headed to the register to pay with the check. My check was declined. No reason was given. I called my bank to figure it out and the bank said that everything was fine and the store is just rejecting it. I asked cashier for the customer service number and the customer service told me to write another check. After another unsuccessful attempt I called the number that printed on the back of the check. They told me to wait 5-6 minutes before they could figure it out... I left the store without a purchase but got a call back from the number on the back of the check. It appeared that the dumb cashier was mispunching my routing number!!! Probably they should hire some foreign people who can count and read the number...

Very disappointed. I went in to buy pants and t-shirts. left with neither. I was paying for my pants and t-shirts and the cashier noticed the package of t-shirts was opened and asked if i wanted to go find another package of t-shirts. I could not find more t-shirts. I walked out.instead . I will not be back. By the way, I am disabled with M.S. and have a hard time with cognitive issues. Just because someone does not look disabled, perhaps they are! screw you old navy.

I have high expectations for good customer service, you wont find that everywhere you go. I love the clothing and this store is superbly clean every time Ive been. However, you have to remember you are working with a lot of youth that dont have a large amount of experience with customer service. Nothing bad just dont expect 10/10 stars for that, they are nice but not always helpful.

Terrible exchange policy for gifts without receipt. Simply want to exchange for a larger size that is in stock for my 11 year old. Have to wait 2 weeks for a merchandise certificate at which time the item could be out of stock...rude manager also.

Nice big store with plenty of selection. Sometimes messy and disorganized - particularly in the sale areas - but that is true of every Old Navy. If you like Old Navy clothes, youll like this store.

I love O.N.!! The staff are always super nice and helpful. They may not always have what I want in-store but I can always go online. What a great place to shop at great prices!
