I have shopped at Ross for YEARS, never have EVER had an issue. I shop here atleast once a week and I know their return policy VERY well because I have a toddler and I am not able to ever go into the dressing room because of my sons attention span. Today, about 20 minutes ago, I had quite a few things to return because of wrong sizing; the cashier told me I couldnt return 4 different items of clothing because I didnt have the tags on a couple, I simply stated that was wrong and I am very familiar with the policy- so the "manager on duty" walks over and aggressively tells me to "calm down" (nobody was at all loud), so I explained that I was literally explaining myself and she tells me that if I have an attitude to her "she will not return my things", I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ATTITUDE AND WAS EXPLAINING MYSELF AND THE RETURN POLICY TO HEW NEW EMPLOYEE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF IT. AND THEN, this woman tells me she cant return my things "because they were washed.. ummm.. NO, if they didnt fit, why in the hell would I wash them?!?!?! I told her they were not washed and she tried arguing with me over a fact, so unprofessional to even argue with a customer, especially one that has been so loyal and spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars here over the years on myself, my son and my boyfriend. I was so annoyed, I quietly just let the cashier do the return after the "manager on duty" "did me a favor and return them". When walking out, I told the manager that I WILL NEVER shop at this Ross again and that she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I apologized for her employees having to deal with her because by the looks on their faces, they seemed to hate her too. They lost a really good, loyal customer and I will tell everyone I know about this awful experience from such a disgruntled woman. This kind of thing SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. This business did not only lose a high spending customer, they lost respect. Ross, I am so disappointed in your customer service and especially choice of manager; I will from now on take my money to TJMaxx.

Just writing in response to another review - "This Ross has the most DISGUSTING Bathrooms EVER!! I dont understand how the employees here can not maintain the bathrooms what so ever, especially since you have to be buzzed in to use them. You are too worried about some kid stealing a $5.99 shirt but are not worried about sanitary issues in the womens bathroom? Its beyond disgusting and probably breaking many health codes! GROSS!" You must have the wrong location, as the Ross on Evergreen in Everett doesnt even have locks on the restroom doors. So, to claim you need to be "buzzed in," shows this particular review is obviously for the wrong location. That is all.

I love the selection here! However I worked retail a long time...if you are paying the dressing room girl she needs to put the clothes on the hangers NOT the customers that really pisses people off not just me I hear people making this comment often while shopping. ..also stop hiring mostly immigrants that dont speak english.....Americans need jobs more we are the minority now. Allow people to take your baskets to the car some of us are disabled or need help and you wont let your security guard help who by the way is worthless if he cant even go after the thieves that steal from the store.....sorry just keeping it real!

Most organized Ross I have ever been in. I can tell they really care about their store. Like most stores I think they could use more employees to help out when its busy. Very nice when I ask for help. Their restrooms need to be cleaned through out the day though, people are leaving nasty stuff behind.

This Ross had a great selection for mens clothing, but the shoe selection was horrible. It was a mess and no idea where the size I needed was and there were only a few shoes to choose from . Usually Ross is pretty good at keeping that organized and have a good selection.

I actually work at Planet Fitness and enjoy the laid back atmosphere. All the clients are doing something to better themselves. I work with a remarkable group of people. I would tell any beginner or someone who is unsure to try Planet Fitness out!!

They have definitely figured it out when it comes to keep store clean and organized. Even undergarments are in order by size. The lines at this store can get pretty long so calculate that into your shopping time. Workers here are nice and helpful

Everytime I shop at this Ross, the staff are slow and not at all helpful, the store is cluttered, dirty and unorganized. The security guy is nice; always offers up a smile, greeting and a good-bye. Parking is usually pretty easy.
