Worst customer service ever! I called Everett Walmart to see if an item was in Stock in electronics. When I called it gave me the option to pick a department which I did pick and it was electronics. The phone kept ringing, no one picked up which re directed me to customer service. From there they attempted 2 more times transferring me to electronics and still no one picked up. By now Im on the phone for 25 mins still waiting patiently after all, this is saving me the trip there if they dont have in stock. My calls goes back to customer service where this lady is very helpful her name is Heather she puts me on hold and made sure before transferring me back to electronics that there will be someone to pick up. Long behold Keith from Everett Walmart Electronics picked up and has an attitude right off the back asking me what am I looking for? I tell him the product and I have a sku # if that will be helpful but before I can finish my sentence he places me on hold. A few mins maybe 5 max still on hold and Heather from customer service picks up and asks is i been helped I told her yes, he placed me on hold to check so she transfers me back. Keith picks up and I say, Im still waiting to see if the item is in Stock, and gets upset saying he has to look for it and why did customer service pick up the phone. At this point its almost 40 mins I been on the phone. Keith comes back on to tell me he doesnt see the item, they dont have no sell, and he wouldnt know cause he does not know the model. I said to him again if I give you the sku #, the make, and size will that help? He goes in about no, they go by a different # and they just dont have it with an attitude and constantly trying to rush me off. 45 mins going into this I was getting no where. I asked if I could speak to someone else who is willing to help me or better yet if I could speak to a supervisor/manager/Store manager he refused to transfer or give me his name let alone a higher authority name. He starts telling me why would I need to speak to anyone, and just kept refusing and just left me on hold only to be picked up again by Heather at customer service. I told her it was me still on the phone if I could get transfered back. Got sent back to electronics, different guy picked up and I asked if I could speak with a manager or get Keith name but he refused to do so as well telling me what is my problem, why do I need to speak with a supervisor, and I can speak with him with whatever I need to say. I asked are you a supervisor he said no. I asked can I get your name refused to say his name as well. I then said okay terrible customer service Im going to ask what is your name and the gentlemans name that helped me before you. He said his name was Jimmy and Keith! I asked again can I get you supervisor? Keith says he is in a meeting. Jimmy says there are no supervisors for the night. By the time I get back to customer service Heather picks up again and I asked her politely can I please speak with a manager or supervisor she says sure let me get a hold of him for you. After a few mins she gets back on and says he just clocked out for lunch. I said so you mean to tell me the whole time I was asking he was on the floor, one telling me there in no one on duty, and the other saying he is in a meeting, to you now telling me he is on lunch??? What a joke. Customer Service is a joke and I feel sorry for people like Heather who has to deal with fed up customers that get crappie service from other coworkers. Keith word of advice quit your job if its that horrible, you cant look for an item being asked for. Store manager Jeremy I hope you read this and see how horrible your services are at the Everett Walmart Store. Long story short had no help, got the run arounds, and was refused twice by two different employees to speak with a manager/Store manager. Which they both told me lies about their boss on duty. Go to Lynnwood Walmart at least they give better service in person and on the phone!!

Its sounds like Wal-Mart should change its name to Ass-Mart or Ass-Rude-N-Depressing-Mart. Its also sounds like McDonalds. They really should partner up. I understand that these are multi million dollar companies but theres other companies just like them that treat their employees 10 times better. But no matter how unprofessional they are, they probably dont care because theyre going to get paid for it anyway and have customers buy their products. But sometimes what comes around will go around that it will backfire eventually on both companies. There is one thing that I do know..... I havent heard the end of the story about Walmart is the worst place to work for. I mean I was raised that work is work. But when so many people have told me their experience for working at Walmart. I was just trying to have an income come in and just think of it ......as,ok well", every job is not perfect ,but maybe I can handle it. But then those acquaintances and friends of mine and people I just didnt know explain to me about "Dont ever work for Walmart" its not worth it."for some reason I really believe them. And I made a choice to stay away from employment ever at Walmart. I will just be a customer. But Walmart ...here is my message to you. I believe strongly that you should stop disrespecting your Managers and your Managers to stop disrespecting their employees! Because I never worked for you before but people that have work for you have not told me great stories at all and they sound horrible . work is work personal is personal .if you have a personal problem do not take it out on your employees keep that stuff at home and to yourself and find yourself a better way to deal with your problems ,instead of taking it out on other people. As hard as that sounds its called life and its time to move on and just be a better person instead of being AssHoles. They say...hey if youre not happy with your job then youre obviously showing it to be rude to others and to your employees so then its time to move on to another job that can make you happy. Now I will admit I work for a company such as that and it was hell...or so.But life can change you just have to make it happen as hard as it is .Example a lady showed me this book cannot move by itself sitting on the couch you have to pick it up and put it away .if youre willing to do that then youre obviously willing to do other things you just got to make it happen good luck to you guys and the whole company. And I hope you change I really do. Because that is not such a fun place to be or be around.

As soon as this Walmart announced their brand new, permanent, limited Hours of Operation, they immediately lost myself as a customer and I can only imagine how many other customers these major changes affect. Unfortunately, I have always worked a full time job in that prevented me from being able to utilize regular stores with regular hours -- and I was always grateful of Walmart not only for their low price but for the sake they operate 24 hours... Thankfully, when I learned of this change, I was again grateful that a couple of years back, a 2nd Walmart opened up on Everett Mall Way, just over 1 mile from this location --- I immediately drove to the newer location to make sure that it too was not hit with the same fate of reduced operation --- thankfully, no announcement was visible... Fast forward 2 years... and as I entered the Everett Mall Way store on 9/28, there it was... the announcement introducing the new limited & reduced hours of operating for the Everett Mall Way Walmart: beginning 10/1/2016 the Everett Mall Walmart will be closing daily from 12:00am-7:00am daily (AKA open daily 7am-12am mid) -- immediately realizing I was down to my final two days of being able to shop here as well, I was able to stock up a bit more than I was planning on it... unfortunately 4 Walmarts within 16 miles have all gone to the Limited Hours model... the closest Walmart that is CURRENTLY 24 hours is 18 miles north. . . but it can only be a matter of time, I am sure? When asking any associate for a reason behind new hours, the response is always the same: theft.
