We purchased 4 brand new tires from this place, spending well over $1,400.00. It was time to bring our car in to have the tires rotated /balanced. We were told by the technician that one they had broken one of our center plate caps for our rims while removing our tires. The technician assured my husband that they were going to do some research about where a replacement center cap could be purchased, and get back to us on Monday. Well, I immediately went online and looked into it my self. So I called them back to give them the replacement/ re-ordering info for the companys website. I was then told that the center plate was "already broken" and they would NOT be replacing it. It was only $99.00 for them to replace it, to fix what they broke and keep a loyal customer! Only $99.00! so instead of doing the right thing, they have now lost a loyal customer! I have spent thousands of dollars at this facility over the last 10 years. My family will now be taking our business else where! Does that seem like a very smart business decision on their behalf? I dont think so. As it turns out, - "Discount tire" is not really always the best deal! Shame on you discount tire. We expected better from you. Lesson learned!

They didnt get the tire in I ordered. When I called at 8 am to confirm my appointment, that was the time to tell me that the tires did not arrive. Instead, they tried to sell me a tire that was the same price, lesser quality, and lesser miles. Then when I called back after leaving the appointment THEY failed to meet... they couldnt even figure out what to do. After being put on hold several times and talking to many different people and having to retell the same story they already know, I just hung up. I took off work today and am losing over 200 bucks just to go to the appointment. These morons should have said something when I called. Shoulda gone to Firestone or sears. Forget Discount tire. They cant even do their jobs right.

These guys were quick! They literally ran to cars to get them into bays. Lobby full of comfortable (!) Customers. Expected to be told they were "slammed" but the experienced advisor behind register said 75-90 minutes and he was right. Complimentary chips, cookies, bottled waters & sodas made the wait easier. Tires I picked online not in stock but he sold me slightly higher priced set for same price and honored the online special of original set. Suggested, but didnt hustle, the stores credit card to save me another chunk of change. (I declined). Discount Tire had fewer add on charges than some other shops and more freebie tire services Will go back for more in 60k miles!

Have had good experiences with discount in the past. This time however I came in looking for a specific tire for a unique vehicle, told the staff I could get these in two days from amazon at a lower price. Was assured the tires would come in the following day (ordered Thursday, told Friday) which they did not. I then dropped the rims off on Saturday being told the tires will show Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday the tires still not arrived. Missed one car show. The tires finally where completed Tuesday 7 business days later. So took over an extra week at a higher cost and rushed me for my show this weekend. Left two stars as they did do a good job mounting. B

NOT IMPRESSED!! The first time I was in this store was for a slow-leak flat. I waited 2 hours for the service, then 3 hours later (while working as a driver) my tire is going flat again. I stopped working that evening and took it to a closer location first thing in the morning only to find that all they did was air it up and send me in my way. The second store fixed it right away. After speaking with the manager of this store, he said hed put as credit on my account to apologize for the mishap. Just this morning I went in to have a flat replaced and there is NO NOTES, NO CREDIT and hes moved locations...

IMPROPERLY INFLATED TIRES! I was in a couple days ago to get tires rotated, upon getting my truck back I asked the guy what the tires were inflated to (myself knowing 55 in front, 80 in rear) he proceeded to look at my door sticker and tell me that was what they were inflated to (instead of asking the person who worked on it, or maybe he just trusted them to do it correctly) I checked them the next day and they were all set to 60. Its a good thing I checked before hauling a fifth wheel trailer out of state. 20 psi too low!!! So dont trust the guy handing you the keys!

Went to get tires and new tpms sensors. Michael the manager helped me out greatly and got me a tire like I wanted and got me in right away with no appointment. Very professional. Even had a slight issue where something failed while in their possession. Josh the asm and Michael the manager both directed me to their recommended shop to see what the issue was. The shop looked at it and fixed my issue right away. Now I can enjoy my vehicle with no issues and I know my family is now safe with tires that arent bald.... thanks again guys!

Friendly staff, straightforward information. Reasonably priced. Free rotations and balancing, even without a tire certificate. However not 5 stars due to incorrect time estimation. Andy told me about 45 minutes as only 2 cars were ahead of me. Ive been waiting over an hour and a half. I could have gone across the street and watched a movie to bide my time. If theyre off by a little bit thats understandable, but almost a whole hour. Definitely brings down the customer experience.

I was met at my car by a smiling gentleman. We walked inside and he gave me all of my options, with no pressure tactics. The only reason I did not give this a 5 is that I dislike it when they quote a price minus "all" fees including insurance. I would love to have a printed quote on paper with the break down. But dont that detract from what they are working with. Excellent crew, excellent sales, fast turn-around. Would definitely do business with and recommend again.

Research was done, called in and was told tires were available, came in and paid for wanted tires, came back to unknown and unwanted tires on my vehicle. With no phone call made of change. Was too tired and upset to argue and had to work right after. Was told they'd be in a day or two, it's been five already. Again no phone call about delay, had to call them. Not very happy right now, considering how much was paid.

Only plus I give this place was that they price matched tire rack. Although the guy somehow tried to get out of the deal, I decided to walk and he finally honored it the second time. The biggest problem with this place is: you can set an appointment, but that holds as much truth as a politician. My appointment was at 3:00 and Im waiting 40 minutes later. Whats the point of even making one?
