"JUST PLAIN RUDE AND DONT CARE" Purchased a new product, only to take it home and find out it doesnt work. When I went back the next day to return, the manager lady literally circles the return policy with her finger on the receipt. I show concern as someone normally would in this position, and she says "Oh youre getting mad" in the most non caring voice. Best part is, they had another in stock and say I can exchange. When I grabbed the replacement and took it to the counter, the cashier proceeds to tell me that I must purchase new batteries in order to test. WHAT?!?!? I will NEVER shop there, or even get too close.

I love this goodwill. I travel to all of the ones near me withing a 20 mile radius and this goodwill had THE BEST book selection and also the neatest, and easiest book selection for me to look through. The person who takes the time to alphabetize these books to make it easier for consumers to find what they are looking for should be on a full time status! They are fantastic. Every time Ive been in here everything was in order, no products on the floor and everything as clean as possible.

This goodwill is going under construction, which was in dire need for one. Overall the selection is decent, they could deal without the toy bags though(most annoying times when you have to buy a bag of junk for a decent toy). Overall their prices are just rising to oblivion. Im constantly spotting USED toys, used and outdated electronics, at or above todays wholesale price. If they expect to sell a 1990s camera at 8$, then good luck.

Like most Goodwills, but seems to have bigger and better selection of purses/bags. Large book area. Most furniture on left side of Bldg, but some is in middle of store and sometimes on far right wall. Workers there are training, so please be patient with them. They can double the size of the store by opening the area to right of store at Christmas time or if they get a lot of furniture in. Cleaner than some of the other stores.

Employees did not care about doing their job. It took forever to check out, and then after my sister found out one of her items rang up much higher than she expected, the cashier was rude and would not give a refund. It would be understandable to just apologize and say you can only get store credit, it is not appropriate to laugh and engage all the others in line while proclaiming "I dont make the rules, I just work here!!"

Its getting so expensive there it insults me now and I dislike there attitude I feel that connie is the best worker and they need Angie back because it was doing way better... there is a few nice people who work there but way to obviously over employed because lines add up on one register like did you notice there is,way to use the phone ask for the chick who is putting a book away 3 feet away like REALLY.

Still angry at new policy that punishes honest shoppers by not allowing us to buy non priced items! Seriously not a good way to run a business and Ive been a loyal customer for the last 28 years but it will be a very long time before I go in again! Love the employees but seriously stupid on someone part to try to stop people from removing price tags, all it has done it stopped people shopping there.

Terrible service. I gound a pair of shorts I wanted and they wouldnt sell them since it had no tag! They are stupid because I would have paid probably more than whatever the actual price was. Im no longer supporting their job training, since they obviously dont know how to train individuals to make a decision about a price and get the merchandize out of the store!

I like it here except for the acted like I was a thief and Ive never stolen a thing in my life so I guess they got to run around the store and chase me for nothing maybe they should consider loss prevention but has knowledge or that will take the time to make sure that they are not right around making somebody feel uncomfortable

The place is ok for those who in need to spend less to get more,but some items were aint supposed to be so ski high price value and of course your in Washington as everyone says as on the other side price wise shall be implemented for who will actually afford right. Donations are difficult to drop off, the donation center can only be accessed via one of the parkinglots entrances, on the south side. They also restrict the direction you can access it from. Donations also have been left on the road, since the Goodwill workers dont seem to come out to receive them.

Ok place to shop. Not as much variety as other goodwill stores. They pack too many clothes on racks so if u try to look at item it usually causes more to come out on floor. Then the floor workers can get rude like its your fault. But overall good place.

Corporate needs to check themselves. The pricing system is a joke. What happened to goodwill being affordable to the poor? Instead, its becoming a Big LOTS. Shame on YOU GOODWILL. But I continue to donate while you make tons and tons of money. SMH.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was very tidy and the shelves were well stocked with good products. Great sale prices on top of very good regular prices. Clothing selection was great for the entire family.

The prices are ridiculously high. I wanted a couple of flat to sheets $5.99 for used sheets. I can get them cheaper at Ross. Guess I will shop Ross for the things I want.

I bought all my art for my business at this Goodwill...most of it was priced at (.99 or $1.99. The prices on the art retailed for over $80. a piece..thanks Goodwill.
