Horrible Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I talked with Dustin the internet sales guy for two days about a 2014 GMC Acadia SLT-1 that came in. At first the car sounded like it would be great because it was a 1 owner lease with low mileage. I asked all of the usual questions about the Carfax, extras such as navigation and price. I was given the runaround when it came to the price and told that the price was not available because it was on a promotional special. After pressing them for a price I was told 34k which he said was a "fair deal". I told them this was not only out of my budget but I wasnt looking for a "fair deal" I was looking for a "GREAT Deal". He told me they could definitely work on the price and give me a great deal. I was very transparent about what I expected to get close to and they said they could work with me but I needed to come in because my presence was my leverage. I talked with my dad and after doing further research I realized that they had this vehicle listed above Market value and the price range that they listed it for is the price range of a 2014 DENALI which is two steps above the the SLT-1. I called back again to talk about the price and confirm that the car had a clean Carfax, at this time I asked for pictures to be sent to me. I was sent pictures and told that it had a clean Carfax. I stressed this importance because I had to drive an hour to get there. Once I get there i get in the car and everything looks good but my mom is doing a walk around the outside and notices a large dent on the passenger side front above the tire. The paint is cracked and chipped away where there has either been an accident or it has hit an object. The sales guy first claims to not have been aware of the dent, second claims that he believes he sent me a picture of this side of the car but then backs up to say hmmm I didnt even notice it. He (Dustin) goes in to talk to his manager and comes out to tell us that they had PLANNED on fixing the dent if they sold the car to a customer. Yes PLANNED which is past tense. I pointed out that they knew about the dent prior to us coming and did not disclose the information. Dustin threw his boss under the bus and said maybe his manager knew but he didnt! The overall experience was horrible and the trust and confidence that I had drained from me. They were dishonest and wasted my time. I would have happily looked at another vehicle or considered getting this one at a lower price but I was worried that if they lied about this then what else were they lying about? I dragged my parents out the house during traffic hour and had them drive me from Kent to Enumclaw after having to take a bus from Seattle to Kent just to get to them. I just wish that they had been honest with me. :(

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!! Posting this to help people not get screwed by this company. Amber and I purchased 2 vehicles about a year ago from Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT. Within a week of havin my truck, the rear tire fell off as i was driving on back highway causing me to crash in a ditch, nearly get hit by a semi and do major damage to this truck. After having the truck towed to the dealership, I was told by the service manager and Sales manager that they would take care of everything and have it fixed. I told them how i was afraid to drive that vehicle and wanted it changed out and they said they would work on that. After about a week i got a call that they fixed the truck and took care of all new parts to the rear, and said they were still working on a swap of the vehicle. My truck was then taken in two addtl times after this for issues and noises and they told me that everything was fixed. Well 8 months later my truck was acting up and still not right and when I was driving on the highway, my rear end started swinging all over. I decided to to take truck to an actual repair shop and to my surprise, the owner and two different techs came out and had a quote of nearly $3000 in repairs that need to be done to the exact spot and area that Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT swore they fixed. They showed me the truck on the lift before taking anything off and you could see the damage still there, the leaking, the broken arm and bent pieces that were said to be repaired. After they had my truck a week it was determined by the head tech that used parts were put in the place of where the damage was done, and there was no service done to the crack and damage on the rear differential that caused even more damage to the rear end. I am now trying to get something done with this dealership and having my insurance contact them and go after them, but I believe at this point we will need to get an attorney. I can only be greatful that i wasnt hit by semi and that my family was not in the vehicle. We gave Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT nearly $70000 in business not including what they made on our trade and i have had the worst experience ever. Whatever you do, please stay away from this dealership.

I recently bought a 1 year old 2012 dodge charger from Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Two things happened 1. I agreed to pay the sales price of the car at 19k, but within a day I found the car for 18k online. The sales manager stepped up and corrected it, which I give kudos but I had to go back in and draw new papers etc when the right thing would have been to offer me the true sales price... In the mortgage business you would never get away with this... 2. I had some issues with my gas cap cover opening and my stereo drifting off channel within a few days of buying it. After a few weeks and making sure it wasnt my thumbs or a ghost, I went in to ask them to square up with me and diagnose and fix the problem which I thought they were doing but the service guy throws me the 100 deductable / dignosis fee. I thought since I still have paper plates they could atleast help me out and look at it.... which they did but then billed my like 126+ bucks. Then service departement could not find anything wrong but still charged me and then never even called me to let me know, I called six hours after they got it just to see what was up and they were like oh yeah, its done and cant find anything but you owe us blah blah blah. I thought car dealerships would actually car about if you are going to come back or not..... But with 90% of my experiences they are only about the one time commission or sale and never about repeat business.... Atleast that is what I am getting from Enumclaw chrysler jeep dodge... On a positve note, the finance manager did find me a great rate and was pleasure to deal with. CURRENTLY I will not buy again from this company until they make it right!!!
