I was searching for a specific car, and after looking online extensively, I found a fair deal for one with the mileage, year, &price range I was wanting at Autos Only in Everett. Our salesman, Gus, was extremely kind and gave us the room we needed to check out the car. We left and test drove a few cars at other dealerships, but made our way back to this one after negotiating a price over the phone. The used car isnt perfect of course, but we left feeling like we paid what the car was worth as far as value. Our interest rate was also right around what we expected, which helped seal the deal. Overall it was a pleasant experience- mainly thanks to Gus, who even made waiting for the paperwork fun somehow (now that takes skill). The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because another salesman (forgot name) made us feel like we were silly when we asked questions, probably because of our age (early 20s). Feeling less confident almost had us walking out the door, but Im glad that we didnt. &The same guy was actually extremely informative. Overall, Im happy with the car& price we paid. After going to 4 different car dealers and not having a good enough experience, I ended up passing by Autos Only and with them finally found a really good trade in deal! They offered me a really good trade-in value for my truck and got a really nice pre owned Lexus and the best price and mileage I was able to find in almost 100 miles radius (gotta love the internet right). On top of that they helped me find several options of banks and credit unions until we found the best interest rate for me. They are people that enjoy their job helping Customers and working with Cars.

If only I could give negative or zero stars. These people are unethical and should not be trusted for a large purchase. We just had a horrible experience and are very lucky we didnt go through with the sale we were agreeing to. As to the positive reviews, several are clearly from employees in their parts department and the others are most likely planted by friends or salespersons. There are a lot of great car dealerships in Seattle save yourself the long term trouble of dealing the bottom of the barrel.

Horrible service and not very friendly. Wasnt very accommodating to what we were looking for. The car was filthy and not clean. Had no solution to want to make things right and fix it. When we told him it wasnt going to work he said thank you and got up and walked away while we were still sitting there.

Typical small dealership with crappy cars from the auctions. Drew told me a truck was an 8/10 possibly 9/10 so I made the drive from Kirkland. As soon as I walked up to the truck it reeked of smoke. (Not to mention it was trashed) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Buy private party or a REPUTABLE dealer!!

Purchased a 2012 Mazda CX-9 here. I was amazed to find that they had a total of 4 stores. They had a great selection, all the cars were newer and nicer. Larry was able to get me a better interest rate than my bank offered. Thank you.
