I have had my Honda Pilot in two times in the last 3 months to Bellevue Auto Rebuild due to being hit in the parking lot skiing. Bellevue Collision Care is exceptional. They were professional, helpful, did a great job and went above and beyond the actual repair job by helping me get a replacement battery for my key (necessitating tracking a battery down), and acquiring and installing a part to do the alignment saving time and money over taking it into the mechanic. They even drove my car to the Les Schwab and got my tires rotated for free after they completed the alignment that was required on it. Tracy at the front desk is really helpful and Sal kept in touch as to all issues. The Enterprise car rental people did a great job that were on site helping get the right car for my needs as well. I have dealt with the body shop right next to them for my husbands truck bumper being damaged and the one just after you turn off Bel-red road for another family members vehicle all within the last year and half and Bellevue Collision was the best.

After I wrote my initial negative review I decided to go in and talk to a manager or owner at Bellevue Auto Rebuild about my experience. I didn’t expect anything to come of it, however I was very glad to be proven wrong. I asked for a manager and was introduced to Tripp. He listened to my concerns and didn’t make any excuses. Instead he said he would look into what happened and make it right. The next day I received a call from Tripp asking for my email so he could send me some documentation about the work that had been done previously and explained what had happened with my repairs. Further, he told me they would cover the costs to have my car repaired at another shop. After having Tripp be so helpful and honest, I decided to take another chance on Bellevue Auto Rebuild and I’m glad I did. They fixed the issue right away, sent me pictures, and made sure it was done right. Overall, while my initial experience was not so great, the follow up was excellent. Tripp really cares about the customer and it shows.

An employee from this business treated me like a criminal after I took a picture of the outside of this business. Avoid this place! I took a picture of the outside of this business from across the street. Within a minute of this, a woman came from inside this business and asked me what I was doing. She was very rude about this. I told her I had taken a picture of the business because I thought the cars outside were cool. She demanded that I delete the image. She seemed to be insinuating that Id done something wrong in taking a picture. I refused to delete the picture. At this point, she told me that I would be hearing from a lawyer. She asked me to giver her my name. I feared for my safety and privacy, so I gave her a false name. This was an extremely negative experience for me. I was treated rudely and with great suspicion by this employee. Id recommend avoiding this place at all costs. You may have a different experience if you appear to be extremely wealthy.

I took my Infiniti to this shop as it was recommended by the factory website. All seemed good until it took 2 months for me to get my sedan fixed.The service representative would not tell me why it took so long to fix my car. At the end they admitted they had lost 4 workes., During this process the service representative acted as if I was pestering him and insinuated that my car was not nearly as expensive as the other cars there. I do not like to brag so I did not mention that my damaged Infiniti is the cheapest of my 4 motor vehicles. I just like my Infiniti G37 as it handles better than my other Lexus cars. Then after they fixed it I had to take it to a dealer to fix a computer error code as they had improperly started the computer. Looking back I should have gone to the other factory recommended shop in Kent WA.

I should have read the reviews first. Brand new 2010 mercedes was hit from behind took it to Bellevue Auto Rebuild and explained that it was BRAND new didnt even have plates yet to please keep it clean. It was so dirty when I picked it up and had scratch on the side. The drivers tan leather seat was stained a dirty black color the floor was filthy and the backseat of the drivers seat was covered in white dust and grease (no one has ever even sat back there). They now have to fix the scratch and detail it up however I WOULD LIKE MY CAR BACK! They have had it for 12 days - seriously! Doesnt even feel like a new car anymore, smells greasy and is dirty if you use them make sure you take before and after pictures not just of the outside but the INSIDE too! I wish I would have.

I had my 2008 x5 fixed on July, my experienced was not good. they were not updated any info which they said they will, I had to call several times to follow up with the person who handled my case. The actual finish time is a week later than the estimate. last month my car had some problem( needed to change break pad.) I called the front desk said that the person who handled my case will give me a call shortly( they always said that but it usually took a day or two) but one day later I have not receive any calls. so I emailed the guy and never got reply. Dont know why they dont want the business? however, my friend who had his car fixed in there that recommended me to go there, but I would not go there any more.

I took my Mistubishi Lancer here after someone backed into the drivers side door. I was worried they would take advantage of me because I was a woman and this was the first time I had been in an accident. However, the service I received was excellent and I felt completely taken care of. Everything was explained, they worked seamlessly with my insurance company, service was completed on time, and the cherry on top was that when I got my car back, they had vacuumed and cleaned the interior, washed and waxed the car, and had even fixed a dent that was unrelated to the damage incurred to the drivers side door. I wish I could give this place six stars. A and B the C of D (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty).

DO NOT GO HERE! They scratched my bumper and called it prior damage. Did the worst buff job on my new hood there were streaks across the whole thing they replaced the door molding and its so large it hangs out of the door when its closed. they had my car for two months telling me oh we ordered the wrong part oh we need a new seatbelt release oh the tire we got was 6 bolts not five so were not going to replace it anymore were just going to paint it over.. My car was filthy dirthy they left trash from food in my car and when i dropped it off with 3/4 a tank the light was on and i barely made it to the gas station.
