My experience with enterprise was when I rented a car from Santa Rosa Airport unit. When I arrived at the front desk the young gentlemen (I just do not remember his name) went beyond. I had left my wallet at the front desk this employee came flying out calling me by my name I open the car door. Said I had left my wallet on the counter. I could not say enough Thank You. When I return the vehicle he received me again with excellence service also remember my name. I was impressed I left him a token showing my appreciation. then I said I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle from enterprise. He then offered the area sales agent name: also informing I could go online to enterprise web page to view the vehicle along with a lot more information. he also said he would personally call this employee the next day to do a referral. a stellar employee. Not even 2 days went by I received a call from Scottie P. introducing himself. I had inform Scottie the type of vehicle I was interested in. At first the impression I got was that Scottie did not listen to what I wanted. Just about how much down payment I had. and that I needed to drive down to Walnut Creek. Memorial Weekend busy had been a big weekend because that is the impression I got from Scottie. Scottie had inform me I could submit a application online so thats what I did. I had also fax my personal information in order to get things going. But after receiving calls, txts, email, with too much pressure. I stop and said enough. I had also received a voice message from Mark Grandy introducing himself reassuring me he was more than willing to work with me. I sent email introducing myself I also explained my credit history I also told him exactly what I wanted also my down payment. I also inform Mark the make, model, and color I was not going to settle for any other then what I was asking for. My last journey I would be making of purchasing vehicle. I also told him not to contact me until the vehicle would came in. Well the email came informing me of the vehicle I wanted. I then told him I would be driving down on June 20th. Let the pressure begin again Scottie calling, sending txts, leaving voice messages. Working, I can not just leave or call in sick. I had told Scottie that. Well I finally got there about 4 pm. I walked in with my little dog I said to him you must be Mark. turned you must be Scottie. we all sat down and the nightmare begin. also the unit manager ( name I did not want to remember) after listening to all the negative I stood up. ready to say I will be right back going to my car I forgot something. I was leaving. this is when Mark just took over (thank God) he then said please follow me lets go into my office. I said to him Enterprise knows there business. and thank God there are still humans that listen, loves their position, the company and chain of command they work for. I then said to Mark .....the word "CANT should not exist especially when the business is providing a product that everyone benefits. Mark Grandy is a TOTAL ASSET and that this unit must meet and far exceed all do to Mark. Mark went beyond the distance. dealing with a bank that was not totally upfront. Mark would not back down went forward with such determination to close this contract. Mark did it. I want Mark regional district manager to know Mark is a stellar employee. he truly loves his job. always living on the edge until he closes the file. Great, and yes I will do my very best to sell Mark and enterprise used car sales in Walnut Creek, CA. I am also going to send Corporate Regional Manager email about my experience especially how Mark made it happen. My best to Mark, sincerely Marie Marez and my little dog Mr.P

On March 13, 2015 I was in a car accident which resulted in my car being a complete loss. I was referred over to Enterprise Sale Walnut Creek I worked with Buck and Andre who were very pleasant as well as helpful. I came in with a pre-approved loan letter from my Credit Union. I share with both my budget and interest in purchasing a Nissan Altima. Within 24 hours they had a car for me to view which l purchase. I had my mechanic check the car out... only problem rear tires needed to be replaced. I Went back to Enterprise they had tires replaced with new tires. My experience was 101% satisfactory!! I love my 2013 Altima I would definitely referred my friends and family to this location. P.S. And a result of Enterprise working relationship with my Credit Union I received a lower interest rate!!!!

Right as we walked into the office we were greeted and felt at ease. Gladys Madison helped me so much. She talked me through everything from beginning to end. She showed me how everything worked on the car I selected. It had all the bells and whistles and it was a little overwhelming for me. I was so excited about all the things my new car could so. Gladys even helped me sync my phone to the car. I havent bought a car in over 10 years. I forgot how long the process is. Everyone who helped me; from the choice of cars, to the financing, to signing the paperwork were patient with me and explained everything. I am completely satisfied with the experience of purchasing my car from Enterprise Car Sales in Walnut Creek, CA. Gladys Madison you ROCK!

After renting a car for the day we fell in love with it. returning the car we expressed our pleasure and the sales person mentioned that Enterprise sells their cars. Feeling we were not able to buy at this time I was planning on storing that information and looking into the possibility to buy in a couple of month. The next day an extremely knowledgeable and friendly sales person called--and a couple of days later we were there purchasing the same make and model and year car that we rented. The follow through, knowledge, friendliness and help we got to make the buy happen amazed us--we LOVE our new car and are very thankful for the "neighborly style help" we received from the sales people--when we left we felt we made a few new friends.

From start to finish, the best car sales experience ever, and I have purchased 7 cars since 1982. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and it didnt even feel like that long. I came in prepared, knew the exact car I wanted and already had a sales rep to work with due to my rental with Enterprise in August. I worked with Henri in Sales and Boris in Finance. Boris worked his magic and got me financed through Chase and I drove away in a beautiful 2013 Nissan Altima in excellent condition and very low miles. I am SO happy. Thanx Henri and Boris. I have already referred you to my son who is looking for a Certified Used car and will highly recommend you to others.
