My mom did me the favor to take my car in and have the oil changed and have my tires rotated. Also, for them to look at my radio because I just bought my car 3 months ago and the apple car is acting up again. I called in and spoke with a young women to request if I may have my car clean with my full service. Well, it never happened. I was told that she added it on the notes and that never happened. I work all the way in San Jose and live in Suisun so its difficult to even take my car to get serviced. When I called in to ask why the car wasnt cleaned they just said "Oh well, it was never added to the notes so we just didnt." Like oh well who cares not my problem kind of attitude. Then I got upset (no telling or cussing)and then was offered for me to drive down and take the care to get the car washed by a machine? Yeah, I just drove 3 hrs and feel like driving over there to get something done that shouldve been done in the first place. Customers are paying thousands to buy a car and when you give out bad customer service thats a big blow to customers. So, if you want crappy service then come here! Half way jobs done? Then this is the place for you.

Please do your research before choosing to do business with this dealership. I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado. The contract states that the dealership has 10 days to notify you if they are able to secure financing. I was contacted after well after that! Almost 16 days after I signed the contract Fairfield Chevy contacted me to let me know I could either pay another $3,000 down and jack my payments up by another $150 or return the truck. After obtaining legal advice I was informed this dealership was breaching the contract. Because they did not let me know by the 10 day period stated in the contract. They offered to eat the dollar because they did not want this going to court. NO WAY was I going to work with this dealership after all they hassle... Im also a military member and this is how they show their appreciation to members of the armed forces...Dont even waste your time with these people. BAD,BAD,BAD!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic, and am very pleased with our purchase. Our salesman Al was very helpful and listened to what we needed in a new car. Basir was very helpful and knowledgeable going over all the choices for extended warrants. Following our purchase we received a call from Akie to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and how the staff did. We were pleased that even after our purchase the staff wanted to ensure we were happy with it. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Fairfield Chevrolet to our friends and family.

Went to Chevy Fairfield to purchase a used vehicle (which was listed at a fair price already). Couldnt get the price down to what I wanted to pay after a discussion with the manager. Victor showed me around, allowed me to test drive---very relaxed, non-pressure experience. He called me later to see if I had put any more thought into buying the vehicle. VICTOR IS THE GOLD STANDARD with regards to customer service. Would consider going back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICTOR based on this experience

They were ready for me when they said they would be, and they had my truck done, correctly and professionally, on time. Sam Khul was very helpful in my buying a 2012 Cruze. The car is good, the deal was good, their service was good but Sam Khul was EXCELLENT!!!!! I have bought from benz, bmw, toyota, mitsu, and honda before. But my experience with this dealer was superb especially because of Sam Khuls help. I highly recommend this dealership! 10-stars if I could but the rating system allows only 5-stars! Thanks again Sam!

I bought a brand new truck from fairfield, ca Chevy. ive called 3 times and sent 3 emails and have not been contacted at all.. I next called corporate. Corp. Chevy then called the dealership. And they still havent contacted me.. I bought a brand new car and still dont have a manual, along with another light list of complants.smh now i have to contact the DMV. How a aimple is a phone call for resolution..

I dont own a Chevy nor have purchased there yet. But I went with my uncle (who speaks little English) a few weeks back and the service girl there Noemi Lara went above and beyond to answer his questions and to help him out.. Worst car buying experience hands down. Warrenty was never filed. Agreed apon work drawn into paperwork on truck was never finished. Head manager stood up and screamed F... Y.. to me when I told him he was obligated to complete the work, in front of family with children in show room. Protect your piece of mind and your money go to another chevrolet dealership.

We happened to by chance stop at the dealership to check out the Chevy Tahoe. Ernesto Marin was very knowledgeable, friendly, very accommodating, and professional. We have 2 kids under the age of 6 so time is limited and he understood. We sealed the deal and he even drove 45min to bring us our new Tahoe. So grateful for this!

These guys are worthless first of all they Sold me a car that leaks coolant a week ago. than it takes them 3.5 hours to get a water pump from ford which is 3.5 miles away. Havent even had the car a week and now Im sitting at Chevrolet for almost 6 hours on a car I just bought. If I could give a zero I would. F*** these guys

Parts department is a joke. Not the employees so much as the system. Took over 30 min to buy 2 gal of coolant. They have a slow routine and system. Have to type everyones information into their computer. Need to update the equipment so they can swipe a credit card. Wont stop there again.

Me and my buddy showed up here looking to buy vettes. We walked around for about 20 to 30 minutes and were completely ignored. We left with 0 questions answered. Chevy Vallejo was much better and offered test drives for any car we liked.

I reviewed them 3 or so months ago. And they were terrible. But I gave them another try & they went over & beyond. Customer services was excellent from the intitial call, to my service call & pick up! All went super smooth...congrats
