I bought a new 2013 sonic from them, I had owned a 2003 Saturn Vue that fell under a class action lawsuit so GM gave me an additional 5,000 in rebates. We looked on their website and found the car we liked and when I asked what they price was they said well sell it you at cost. But we could pick up the car on Saturday as they needed to process the rebate with GM. I went home and equipped my car on one of those cost websites and their dealership along with two others sent me prices ranging from 16,951 to 17,230 HERES WHERE THE 1 STAR COMES FROM We came back Saturday ready to buy a car. When the salesman brought out the purchase statement with all the costs I noticed that the price listed was the sticker price on the car. When I asked why they were charging me MSRP they said I was incorrect and that is their cost on the car. I told them lets walk out to the car and look at the sticker, when we did and his price and the sticker price matched he said let me go talk to the manager. He cam back with $425.00 off the car. he response was the first price was the cost on another car and this is the cost on my car. When I looked over the document I noticed that the sales tax amount was the same as when he had the car at the higher price, he told me that sales tax is non negotiable. I then asked him what 9% of $18,475 was and what is 9% of $18,025. So then he correct that. So the final purchase price of the car was $ 18,025 plus a $500 rebate they had for all new purchases, plus our $5,000 rebate. The price on the online purchase from the other website which they emailed and confirmed to me was $16,951. So excluding my $5,000 rebate from GM we were off by about $600.00. When I asked why online they said they would sell this car for 16,951. So the manger Phil B came out to talk to me. He came out and said that he was giving me a great price and that "HE GAVE ME A GIFT BY ACCEPTING GMS 5,000 REBATE" He also told me he was in the business of making money. I stood up to leave but I could tell my wife liked the car and after they called in the rebate to GM and attached it to the car I wasnt sure how hard that would be to get it back. I caved and bought the car for $600 more than they advertise it online. So unless GM is giving 5,000 rebates on 18,000 cars that are only redeemable at this dealership I will never go back "unless its free" again

I just spent an hour writing an overdue review on Concord Chevrolet but Google screwed up and it was lost :( :( unfortunately Im at work and dont have the time but I will say: Concord Chevrolet is the best dealership I have ever interacted with in the plus 20 years of shopping and buying cars!! I will buy all of my cars through them and highly recommend them to everyone! Theyre honest, they follow through, go above and beyond all expectations, theyre non-pushy, very knowledgeable, make every experience effortless from purchasing the car, to servicing the car, to car repairs, providing loaner vehicles to making calls on their day off to update the customer! Terrence in service has gone above and beyond every possible expectation with integrity to making sure my car is properly taken care of as if it were his own! He makes taking my car there for maintenance and repairs so effortless for us from when we arrive he already has the paperwork ready to sign, the loaner car ready with keys in hand, does a walk over on the car with us and has us on our way! Everything he and everyone at Concord Chevy has done for making everything so effortless and making sure we are beyond happy with every interaction whether it be the maintenance, repairs, or the purchase is beyond every expectation we could possibly have and we are very appreciative to all for this and forever grateful!! They have turned the typical dreaded car shopping experience into a very exciting and fulfilled experience! I cant believe Im going to say these words but Ive actually found a car dealership I can trust and count on!! To the management who has structured your business in this personal honorable fashion, you should be awarded and teach everyone your true success!! I will edit and improve this review as soon as I can! THANK YOU CONCORD CHEVROLET, FROM THE NON PUSHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, NO BS SALES REP WHO LET THE CAR SELL ITSELF, TO THE NON PUSHY, NO BS, STRAIGHT FORWARD FINANCE MANAGER, TO THE AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND REPRESENTATIVE TERRENCE!! YOU ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB, IM THOROUGHLY HAPPY, AND LOOK FORWARD TO YEARS OF DOING BUSINESS TOGETHER!!!!

IF you come here, DO NOT get the First Place Finish and do not talk to Kevin. I think his name was Kevin. He sort of looks like that Danny McBride actor but with shorter straighter hair. Youll know him when you see him, hes a finance guy you talk to after the salesman. If you get the displeasure of dealing with him, ask for someone else before he rips you off. He sold me the First Place Finish for $600 which is about $50 worth of products in a box and the service to apply it. The only problem is, other dealerships reapply it when it wears off. They at least tell you it needs to be reapplied and give you a brochure, this guy did neither. After I took it for the first application I asked him when do I bring it back again, and he said never. So its about $400 of my suckered dollars in his greedy pocket. $50 for the box, lets say $100 for the shoddy detail job I received, and $50 to apply their application of FLF products. If I had not been sick with the flu that day, I would have kept refusing but he wore me down, I just had to get out of there. SO dont get First place finish no matter what, its not worth more than $150. Id have passed on the extended warranty too, but that really is your choice. I came here to get a Camaro and the salesman was great. It was all downhill from there. Im just lucky to have bought the car at a great price. May the food Kevin buys his family with my suckered $400 be as awful and stomach turning as my experience was. I can say that because I paid for it.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business. I call on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for a warranty repair as well as a recall repair. Appointment scheduled for 10am on the following Saturday. I get there early, 945am, and Im told it would be ready between 130 and 230. Mind you I know the repair takes less than an hour to do. Also asked for an oil change while I was there. I call at 145 and everyone is too busy to tell me what the status is. Call back at 220 and Im told it wont be ready till 330. Call shuttle at 310, wait 25 minutes for him to arrive. Get to dealership at 340 and Im told another 10 minutes. Finally at 415 its ready! Asked if the oil change was done and I was told no they didnt have time!? They had my car for over 6 hours and couldnt change the oil??? They didnt even volunteer to tell me about the oil change, I had to ask. I will say that after talking to Phil the sales manager and owner that they will be changing my oil and filling my gas tank free of charge but regardless of that the service was still absolutely horrible. An employee there even said to me "thats bullshit". When your own staff knows its bad then you know its BAD!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP!
