Unfortunately, I have to post a poor review. The unfortunate part is, that overall, the entire process was incredibly easy, and Alex and Jordan seemed like nice, down to Earth guys. It wasnt the run of mill boring, drawn out, car buying experience. Submitted my application on-line for a vehicle found on craigslist. Got the approval, went for a test drive, and discussed a few things Id like taken care of on the vehicle, some of which were pointed out by Alex himself. Placed a deposit, and returned a few days later to purchase. Paperwork was easy, didnt take nearly as long as when purchasing a new vehicle, which was great. All but one of the issues was resolved with the car as we had previously discussed. I thought nothing of it, as it was a small detail, and proceeded with signing my paperwork with Jordan, as Alex wasnt there. Jordan didnt know what was promised to me, but attempted to help me out anyway, but couldnt resolve the problem. He promised that Alex would be in touch to resolve it. Jumping to the present, here we are going on day 17 and I still dont have what was promised to me before, during, and after the sale. On top of it, I cant even get a response to my e-mails, which is interesting, because before the sale Id get a response within 30 minutes to an hour, tops. Since the sale was finalized with the finance company 15 days ago, I haven’t gotten any type of response to any communication. If you are still working on it, how about some communication? If you arent going to provide the service that was agreed upon, just man up and tell me for Christ’s sake. Tl;dr – Alex isnt a man of his word. Make sure you get everything you want completed on a due bill before you sign anywhere. The entire situation is admittedly my fault, as I didnt get a due bill, it’s just sad you cant conduct business with a handshake and a promise anymore, regardless of your opinion of the party youre doing business with. What happened to ethics?

Do not trust Alex Lowry or Elite Motor Car. I met Alex while looking at a Porsche. He definitely seems to have a passion for 911s. He seemed nice and easy to talk with and we went on a test drive. After several days I made Alex an offer to purchase the vehicle. We negotiated the price and a couple changes to the vehicle. We finalized the negotiations on a Wednesday night at about 8pm and this was over the phone. We made arrangements where I would pick up the vehicle on that Friday morning. They were going to make the changes to the vehicle on Thursday. Alex said "congratulations" on the purchase. I let him know that I would finance some part of the car through my credit union. Alex informed me they had the same rates through their lenders, and I agreed to fill out the online application, which I did right away. Alex did not ask me to provide a deposit on the vehicle and being that Alex was the owner, I didnt think it was important either. On Thursday night at around 7pm, I received a call from from someone else at Elite Motor Car from a blocked phone number, which seems a bit strange for a dealer and the person left a message. The person said that someone put a deposit on the vehicle on Thursday and not to come in to pick up the car in the morning. I sent Alex an email on Thursday night and actually showed up at the scheduled time when I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. Alex didnt show up and dodged my calls. I specifically asked Alex to call me back to discuss what happened, but as of this review he has not. What kind of business owner is this guy...? Do not do business with Elite Motor Car or Alex Lowry.

I recently purchased a car from Alex and was extremely impressed with his knowledge and business practice. He made the entire experience very enjoyable and seamless. I have been shopping for a new car for almost 6 months now and every dealership I had visited felt like I was just being sold. Nearly every sales person I have come across so far has been pushy and more interested in recommending whatever car they got more commission on. Alex and Jordan on the other hand, were so passionate and knowledgable about not just the cars they had in stock but every vehicle I could possibly think of. They helped me find a car that fit my needs and my budget! I never felt pushed, or sold, they were honest and forward with me the entire time which was refreshing and allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience of buying a new car.They even followed up with me a couple weeks later to see how I was enjoying my new toy!! Truly great guys! Thank you again for your help, I will definitely be back, now my wife wants a new car too, and will refer all my family and friends.

Whats up everyone, just bought my 2011 e63 AMG from elite just about a week ago. The car speaks for itself lol, but the service and quality of a vehicle this dealership gave me has to be spoken for. Rocky and masud helped me out purchasing this car, I was honestly very nervous buying a car from a used car dealership as Ive seen what people have been through but this place is different. They have the cleanest cars around, showroom is spectacular. I am very very satisfied with my e63 and want to thank slits motors for helping me out. I even called them after for help because I was nervous and they reinspected the car just for peace of mind. These guys sell amazing cars, pay for quality shop here....thanks again guys!!

everybody here was nice and professional except for MASUD. this salesman lied to me about the interest rate i was going to have, he said it was going to be 5% based on my credit and negative equity we verbally agreed on it and shook hands, but on the yellow paper i signed it was actually 7.4% but of course i didnt noticed that because i was blindsided of excitement for my new car. another thing was the value of my trade in, we agreed $9100 but on the paper i signed it was actually $9000. not really much but i felt i was taken advantage of since i have no idea what i was doing there except the desire to buy a nice car.

As a knowledgeable car buyer it’s rare to find someone who operates with real integrity and provides true service. Alex Lowry at Elite Motor Cars is one of them. Having just purchased the most expensive car of my life (for my wife) I have the highest praise for Alex. Usually, it’s difficult to trust or feel comfortable with a major car purchase, but Alex quickly earned our confidence. More importantly, after we decided to buy, Alex quickly followed through on every detail and delivered a great product at an excellent price. We were extremely satisfied by our experience and would highly recommend him.

Unfortunately, they didnt have inventory for our needs in the time frame we need, but every time we drop in, they are helpful, no pressure, polite, and even willing to help out on a car that you didnt buy from them. We encourage everyone to use them, so much that when we got another vehicle, while waiting for the platest from DMV to arrive, we put their Elite Motor Cars license plate placard on instead of the other dealers. Always look here first and ALWAYS ask Alex to locate the car for you, its worth your time to work with them instead of shopping everyone else.
