I had already given a bad review of Audi in Monterey, after research I realized that my roughly $1700 repair fees were because of their failure to properly conduct the regularly scheduled maintenance. My car over-heated suddenly, smoke was pouring out of the engine. I immediately pulled over and called road side assistance. After having issues getting a replacement car from the service center, I was finally told that my car over heated due to the fact that I had no or low oil in my car, this is roughly a month or two after they had purportedly serviced my car under the Audi care plan. They also informed me that my radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced. Herein lies the issue, I have recently been told that sudden temperature change can cause the radiator to crack, this was after my researching because I had been told that my tires need to be rotated and that my oil was again low by friends checking my car because I had mentioned it stuttering. In addition to this I have not had my air filter replaced nor did they service my wipers as one of the ducts that releases the fluid was clogged (the sole reason for my friend being near my car in the first place).I am writing to complain once again and mention that I may feel the need to file suit to recover the cost of replacing my radiator. They had tried to tell me that I must have cracked it when I damaged my bumper, however I had pulled my bumper while leaving my garage so this was not possible as there was no real impact. I feel that I have been wronged and, my and my three-year-old daughters safety has been put at risk because of their dishonesty or negligence. In addition to this I have called the service department to mention that my air filter likely had not been changed only to be told when I left my name that yes, they remember me and had just read my review on their customer service and that someone would have to call me back, the service manager (?), this was almost a week ago. PS I had wonderful experiences with Audi dealers prior to this one, this is a rare and horrible find :( PSS I have never even actually wasted my time to write a review, however, I feel that people should be warned, just take the drive to San Jose, or San Fran just to avoid these people is my suggestion!!!!!

Everyone in the dealership (Ross, Devin, Adam, Rasheed) were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I wanted a sporty car yet comfortable, and civilized, but responsive to my needs. They were able to dealer trade for the model and color I wanted. I already own an A7, and am very happy with its performance and reliability, the decision to purchase another Audi was a no brainer. Another factor for purchasing an Audi was the service department which is very good. From the sale of the car, to doing the paper work was top notch. Post sale, Ross was very patient in explaining all the functions of the car, teaching me how to use the navigation, and everything else on board.

I heard a strange noise yesterday in my Audi while I was on a drive from Seattle to Monterey. I called Audi USA and I was referred to Audi Monterey Peninsula. The dealerships service department told me I could come right in and they would look at my car. The noise had gone away today, but I brought the car in this morning for an inspection before my long trip back to Seattle. They got me right in and inspected my car, and they didnt find a problem. They washed and vacuumed the car, and I was on my way back to Seattle. They took exceptional care of an out of town Audi customer in need today, and I appreciate your service very much. Keep up the great service. .

I very much appreciated the assistance of everyone at the dealership and the courtesy with which I was treated. They were a class above every other dealership with which I worked and ultimately that was why I purchased my car from them. Danny spent a lot of time going over the features of the car with me which made it much easier to learn all of the new technology in my new car.

Amazing Staff! They helped me find my "DREAM" car. Robert had amazing customer service. Davin really listened to my needs and had a huge part in marking my vision a reality. Rasheed was very patiente and took the time to explain my financial options. He even draw me pictures!!! Adam, the General Manager, was very hospitable and welcoming - making the whole process GREAT!

Everyone from the sales staff to service to the mechanics are extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. My experiences at Audi Monterey have been the most enjoyable car buying experience to date. There is no hassle or smoke in mirrors. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new/ used car to stop in and speak with these guys.
