A bit expensive for a po box, but its convenient and has copy and printing if you need it. 8-4-2016 update Added a star. The owner has been really friendly each time I use the mail facilities and offered tips and suggestions that makes receiving packages simple. We now get text messages when something arrives! The owner is kind of quiet but very friendly and helpful. He never used to smile...but he has been lately.

Had items that needed picked up from an auction purchase, they handled it very well kept me informed of status and packed exceptionally well. Very easy to deal with highly recommended will use anytime I need something picked up in the Bothell, WA area.

Love this UPS. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I live less than a mile from a FedEx store, but I always go here, which is five miles away, because of the excellent customer service.

Bad customer service. Associate(middle aged man) was very scripted and provided no help. I would expect that from a young employee but not a lead or manager.
