Staff made it entirely too clear that they dont care about you. As I was juggled from employee to employee just so I could print out an 8.5 by 11 picture, I watched ANOTHER customer get fed up with the unresponsive staff and said loudly "FINE, Ill just go to Office Max." They staff said that all the printers were busy and directed me to the self serve station in the back. Not only was I left alone to figure out how to work the credit card machine but the computer wouldnt read my usb, even though the computers in the front can! I tried to flag down someone to help me but they just said "sorry" and went off to do something else. I was near tears because I had to have this simple simple thing printed out in the next 20 minutes. Should have taken a minute! One employee finally told me to come back to the front desk so I could print it out there. WHAT??? They initially told me that the printers were unavailable for a while! The lady took her sweet time to get to the front and in the meanwhile I was asked by two other employees what I was doing and I told them what I needed printed out. Both said "I cant help you with that" and walked away. Finally the lady got to the front and printed my image out. Of COURSE it had banding in the print job. Awesome and thank you for the horrible everything. Unbelievable. I dont know where Im going to get things printed out next time but I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE. CONSISTENTLY DISRESPECTFUL! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I went there to print out a lebel for my return box which fedex stated online I could do easily and with an employee. They direct me to the print area instead of helping me. I spent an hour trying to do it for free, which you cant, they want you to pay for something which is said to be free. After being blown off by multiple employees I finally made them help me and I got them to print the label and accept the shipment. What should have taken 1 minute took me an hour which is ridiculous. Worst fedex office I have ever been to. I saw two other customers have a similar experience. One was trying to print something and it wasnt printing so he got help and they guy basically said "if it does not print in 10 minutes come get me". It didnt print and at the rate of like 30 cents a minute on the computer I doubt anyone wants to wait 10 minutes for your printer to work (which it never did). Overall the guy wanted his money back and it took them 20 minutes to do that. Ridiculous place. I will probably never use fedex again, if I wanted to waste an hour on an over priced shipment...

I was supposed to have a scheduled pick-up for today between 8am and 8pm so I waited around all day for FedEx to show up and pick-up my package and they never showed. They did not even bother to call me or email me to inform that they would not be showing up. As a student it is extremely upsetting since our schedules dont allow for essentially wasting an entire day for a pick-up to occur. When I called FedEx, their excuse was that it is holiday season and they are backed-up, but if that were the case they should have at least notified me so that I could immediately make different arrangements. Very disappointed with FedEx and their failure to provide service.

Saturday, Oct. 31, I walked into the store at 11:45AM. The lady was on the phone and her back was towards the door. After waiting for 5 minutes I realized that shes the only one in the store and still not acknowledging me. So I said "excuse me," she turned and lifted her hand but continued her phone conversation. She didnt seem like shes on a business call either. So I gave her another 3 min. and walked out. Really a bad and disrespectful service. I hope FedEx Kinkos will notice this review...

I tried to have a case of wine delivered here yesterday. They rejected the shipment, and when I called they told me they accept the shipments and assured me that they would accept it today. Today when I checked online it turns out they rejected the package twice more and its been returned to the sender. This place is a joke, nobody should ever go there.

Utterly inefficient and incompetent people hired to do production work, and failed to perform basic image scanning and customer service. It caused me undue distress from just a simple scan order and nothing got done correctly at the end. Anyone with preferences and standards will be highly disappointed from this store for the lack of rigor in their work.

It took me 2 hours to print the document out, try to bind the papers, and ship them finally. Not to mention that they couldnt even bind it and I have to go to the Copy Central nearby to do it. They were chatting, text messaging, all the time while Im waiting there doing nothing. I will never go there again and I wouldnt suggest anyone to go there.

slow response and bad attitude. Responded by something like "I dont care. I am leaving soon" when I asked for some suggestions about the package. Sounds like they were too busy to answer that. But actually they were chatting a lot and playing with their phones for a while while we were waiting.

Extremely inefficient. The stuff just leave one machine broken, and there were two guys who brought five books to photocopy using just one machine, while I only have one page to print. And they told me "I`m so sorry, I live very far away, and I have only one chance to get here."

10 min wait at the counter, 1 slow employee, 1130 on a Sunday. Dont come here in a rush.... Update 1150, still waiting, the 1 employee has helped 2 people and has been on the phone or in the backroom. Ridiculous. Just trying to mail a small package. Been here for over 30 min.

I dropped off a large document to get laminated and at first they said they couldnt do it but then I got a call and they did it and I also cut a ream of paper I had for under $1.50 so they definitely came through and delivered though it took a little bit longer than expected

Several staff members, and apparently no one could hand me some paper to refill the machine for my copies. Took way too long for something that was only supposed to take a few minutes. Also made me late to my class, which was why I was even printing in the first place.

I dont usually write reviews, but I cant believe how bad the customer service was here. It was like pulling teeth to place an order over the phone with Jennifer. Use the Emeryville location if you need something more than a basic service.

I went here for their courier services. The assistant was downright rude when I asked her questions about various options. She was acting if she didnt have time for such queries. Avoid if you can! Forlorn faces are not worth it!

One of the rudest fed exs ever. Tried to tell me fed ex cannot ship a regular box that I had to pay for her to pack it before they would ship a box that I had just had fed exd to my location. What a rip off!!!
