I ordered 2 video games to pick up in store. When i got there, there was a huge line at the customer service desk. The lady went to get my games and she grabbed the wrong one from the back (it was still labeled as mine but someone put the wrong one in the back) and handed it to me and couldnt find the other one. We waited for 10 minutes for someone from the electronics department to show up and then she gave up and left to go get it herself. She comes back with one of the games and I hand her the mislabeled game I didnt order. She brushes me off and didnt listen to me while I gave her the description of the game I was missing. She leaves for another 15 minutes and comes back with the game I already have. Then I tell her shes wrong and she says NO. So I show her the one Im holding and she asks me for the description of the one Im missing again and this time she listens to the description! After another 20 minutes she comes back to tell me they dont have it at this store. I ask her if she can just change it to ship to my house and she says no. Then I ask if she can call another store to check if its there and she says no. She gives me a cash refund. I FREAKING THANK HER FOR TRYING AND SHE SAYS "YEA" AND ROLLS HER EYES. The website is also at fault for saying they had this item in stock when it clearly wasnt. Im generally patient and Ive never freaked out about bad customer service because Ive worked bad jobs but this was terrible. By far the worst experience Ive ever had.

Worst customer experience in store in a Walmart or for any store for that matter. I ordered an item site to store for pickup. I called the store before showing up to see if the item will be ready, Cathy from customer service said, I can come and pick it up from the shelve myself if it is not ready already. I show up in the store and the shelves do not have the item, I go to customer service, they are wondering if I came to the right store. The Assistant manager came by as if she was trying to help me and disappeared. The customer service made me run around to Electronics to the other corner of the store to find a guy(Robin) for my item, and the guy is not there. I had to wait for him to show up, came back to customer service and then waited. Eventually after 1 hour they come back and say that the item I ordered is a broken one and it does not have all the parts. I cannot believe that the item is shown for pickup if it is not available. I canceled the order and it already shows as ready for pickup in the same store. Poor customer service at its worst, Walmart. Poor system as well to show a broken item as available. Even the guy who works there(Robin) says that the system is new and a completely broken one. Do not order site to store to this store, it sucks. Compare this with another online retailer, I ordered a similar priced item at the same time almost, and the item is already delivered to my door step at no extra cost and no time wasted.

Cashier refused to honor a known competitors price. Called 2 managers who came at the same time and both said no. (Mind you I paid Uber $20 just take me to Walmart and decided Bellevue would be better location than Renton because it was closer.) I told them that not honoring the price was rediculous, while I looked at the policy online stating that it clearly say walmart honors their competitors prices. I also told them I had no problem at the Renton location and that they always honor the price. The manager than had the nerve to tell me, why dont you go to Renton because we dont do that here. I than requested to speak to some above them. After chatting over the phone to whom I can only presume was their boss. They quickly changed their attitudes and honored my price match. I also wanted to mention that my husband was buying some beer and the cashier carded him than asked to see my id. I am not a minor nor and I purchasing the alcohol and both our children where with us. lve never had this experience before. It all seemed very strange and disrepectful. I will never shop at this location again. (TARGET next door didnt have the items I was getting at walmarts location. However their Customer Service was 100% - 10 out of 10. Very polite, very respectful and very helpful everywhere and they priced match a item I had with no hassle.)

This was the worst Walmart experience ever. I was looking for an item that I could have ordered online to pick up at this location the same day but since I was close by I thought I just go in and buy it. They didnt have it on the shelve so I went to customer service. The store was not busy at all and no customers at the customer service counter. The employee there could not care less like she was in another world. She had to page someone to help me, but didnt. I kept asking her every few minutes why she hadnt paged someone and she said she would soon and that person was busy. I waited and kept asking her if someone can please help me with my simple question to where I can find this product. I was standing there 20 minutes while she was scanning some boxes very slowly. I ended up leaving without buying what I came for. I noted her name and will tell their management about this, someone who hopefully cares.

I love the prices here plus they are have an awesome price match standard they uphold which is wonderful but I always have to wait when I go through the check out line. Its frustrating for sure but the prices cant be beat that is why I love going here. I suggest to management that you inform people as well ad website advertisement of all the hours in the departments of your stores if they differ from whats currently shown online. Its frustrating to go to the store to find out that the return area is closed when it should remain open during regular store hours if people are allowed to purchase they should definitely be able to make a return during these hours as well! I felt very brushed off during a phone call to Wal-Mart tonight. The employee said that the managers make all decisions on the return hours...not cool at all when your trying to plan your day or night out around work hours!

Worse than Renton store. Spoke to one person who then put me on hold to speak with another person who wound up asking me the same questions and acting Superior in their answers even though their answers were useless! Then a third person got on that was such an idiot that he couldnt even come up with an alternate solution besides youll just have to come into the store. God forbid that one of them would go back and check for the item Im asking about. Or having the sense to suggest I speak with a supervisor or trying to find the answer Im looking for like theyre supposed to!! We all know Walmart sucks and your jobs suck, but its not our fault that you are working for a soulless corporation. If you dont like it, go find another job! Dont take it out on people that are also trying to survive on meager pays and live around the greedy greedy selfish millionaires in and around Seattle!
