Dont bring your own tires and get installed here. Even though the tires are bought from discount tire website. I tried twice, one time is front two, one time is the rear two. I bought the tires from discount tires website, have them delivered to my house, and wait till my tire almost worn out, and then get them changed in the store. Both time the tires run flat after one trip. Both time I brought the car back they say you were out of luck and run on nails. The first time I believed them, but the second time they did exactly the same thing (I used this renton store the 2nd time). What could be the odd that you run on nails right after one trip after the tire installation? The truth is, they deliberately put nails to your time make one of your tire flat. The reason is they think they did the work but didnt get the profit as the tires are not bought in their store. Search on line, you will find similar example.

I had a tire which wouldnt keep air on my 12 month old SUV. It was a weekend and I took the car to a different tire place and was told I needed a new tire. My SUV uses a specific Micheline tire which very few places carried in stock and is priced pretty costly. I called Discount Tire and they had the tire in stock. I drove over to have it replaced and they said they first wanted to determine what was causing the daily slow leak on my tire. Not even 30 minutes later they handed me back my keys and no bill. They discovered the problem with my tire was with the valve and repaired it at absolutely no cost. I was blown away - I went in ready to spend over $300 on a new tire and instead left with a free repair. That was about 9 months ago and Ive recommended so many others to visit Discount Tire of Renton. Outstanding and honest customer service - you cant beat it!

First of all i asked for them in what tires fit my car ( 08 honda pilot ) i asked if 255/45r20 would be good for my car. Seth told me its better that we do a wider tire, so he said 275/45 r20 is better. Me, thinking he knew better than me said ok. So we went on ahead and scheduled my appointment. After the tires have been mounted i noticed instantly while droving that my steering wheel was shaking, specially when I hit speeds of 40 mph and higher. So i told them the situation and they did another balancing... And another one.. And another... They said they cant figure our whats wrong. So they got me hub rings and all still the same BS. I finally said just get me the size i wanted and ended up paying more. I have to pay another remounting fee and all the BS THAT THEY WANT. I WONT BUY ANYMORE TIRES FROM THIS STORE. Watch out for that guy named Dave and Seth.

These guys know their stuff but I was not impressed when going back to get my new wheels balanced at least three times, mainly because they are missing one certain part that I had to find out myself from a car dealership and maker. Its always an after market thing when it comes to issues like this, so I understand it takes trial and error. After resolving it, they did find a part that was missing all along to why my new wheels were causing my drivers wheel to tremble while driving on the road. So that did it, but these guys work very hard in getting you in and out regardless, just have to be patient and to work with them. They will work with you. This was the best experience I have ever had with tires. I brought my wifes car here to have a flat tire looked at assuming I was going to dump money into at least two tires! Jeremy was very professional and curteous. He looked at my tire and said that they might be able to fix it. They fixed the tire that wasnt even sold to me by them and made sure it was balanced and put it back on the vehicle. Cleaned up the wheels for me and checked all the tire pressure! They even put the spare back into the bottom of the SUV! If this isnt incredible service enough, it was all free! It was super busy and I was still in and out in a little under an hour! Great job Discount Tire of Renton and super kudos to Jeremy for being so awesome! Lifetime customer right here!

This place is phenomenal if they had more than five stars they would get it from me I came in this morning with two flat tires they had to be replaced because I had freeway debris that sliced them I said I couldnt do it right now so Ill try to get it home tell Ill come in in a couple days when I get paid. they insisted on putting 2 free used tires on my car so that I was safe. They care about their customers and I love it I recommend this place to everybody stay away from Les Schwab and Firestone come to Discount Tire

Joe and the others here know and live great customer service. Weve had difficulty getting tires that work well on our 2009 GL450, there are very few tires that fit our 19 inch rims, and the ones that work best (Pirelli Scorpion Zeros) last about 10k miles. Im sure Ive been one of their more picky customers, bringing things back for balance issues and premature wear, but they always do everything they can to make us happy. Ill keep buying tires from them and can recommend them to anyone.

These guys have won me over. After a full day of errands I realized I needed to get the winter tires put on due to a chilly afternoon. It was 30 minutes to closing but these guys still took on the task and were there long after closing at 5pm to make sure everyone got taken care of. They were busy today and, even though you could tell the employees were slammed with work, they all treated me kindly and took care of me like I was special. They gave an accurate estimate for the time it would take to change my tires and did a great job. I work in the automotive industry and highly recommend these guys. Ive always had great experiences here. The service is always top notch and I never feel like theyre trying to over sell me. I did walk in with a flat tire but walked out with 4 new tires (my idea, not theirs!) between discount and the free replacement I was getting it was well worth it. No more tire anxiety (it is snowing right now) and it was super quick, too.

Obviously making a sell to a new customer is top priority...I came in for a rotation of a truck that is part of a fleet...I was told 45 minutes total wait time...my truck didnt move for an hour and 15 minutes...meanwhile "new money" got the express service...beware that wait time will be subject to whether or not youre spending money....
