Protect your purses and valuable things!!! if i could give this 0 stars i would!! A family member of mine went there today, and she left her car keys on her cart to go get something on the rack. And one of the employees stolen it. My family member kept on asking the employees to go and ask her, but all they said was "I didnt see it. I dont know" My family member was sick and tired of asking every employee even the manager and customers, so she had to get the police involved. And if my family member never got the police involved, they would never gave her her key. Then, after a hour of waiting the manager had a meeting and finally gave the keys to her and 1st the manager apologized for his staff member and then he said he found it rolled up in a towel! if it really was rolled up in a towel then my family member would have found it!! and i bet the employee still works there!! I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN!!

Value Village is a good place to go if you’re on a tight budget. Do keep in mind that the quality of the items is no better than donated items to a clothing bank. Heavily used, worn beyond worn, 2nd hand and so on. The difference between here and Ross is all the items are donated to them. Nothing is new. The flea market items are occasionally a good find but do need a good cleaning. In addition to being checked over for quality. Customer service is so-so but do keep in mind the employees earn minimum wage and are asked to do a lot. I would recommend to a visit but only come back if you fall in love with the idea. I only come here if I have to or get drug in by family or friends.

This store is pretty good. Some of the clothes can be slightly overpriced, but they have a wide selection of other items and household nick nacks and what not. They usually have some furniture for decent prices, and have electronic stuff like lamps and kitchen appliances... Customer service is a 3 out of 5 for me, since a few of their employees dont have a clue, but Im there for the deals

Dirty run down disgusting store. Most of the items are worn down and should have been tossed out. Stopped donating here when I found out most of what I doted didnt even make it to the shelves. Or got stolen quickly. Never had a decent customer service experience. Its basically a never ending garage sale in a warehouse. Sorry but I shall not be returning here.

I spent $118 on clothes for grandkids here - on a limited income. They give 30 % discount - or did - to seniors. Its on signs in the store. They did not give it to me because I "didnt ask for it - and how would we know you are a senior?" If you looked at all my grey hair, etc., Im sure they would have noticed. Not too happy about that.

My favorite Value Village so far. Great finds. Huge store. Could easily spend hours in here. Sometimes, like most VV, prices are jacked up and sometimes sales tags seem to be pulled off racks, but then again, sometimes not. Just depends on the day I guess. Parking is great. Staff is super cool. Great store!!

Found some good deals today! One of the items was missing a tag though, and they couldnt sell it to me because of that.. which was really weird... ? Apparently its not easy to look up a price on something. Oh well

They are well organized, so you can search the section you want quickly instead of having to wander around search different racks for extended periods. They have good prices, and professional staff.

They forget they are a USED store. The prices they have on things are unreasonable. I can go to Ross Dress for Less & get brand new things for same price. Disappointed in the prices.

Ive found a lot of cute stuff here. It just takes forever to find. The racks can be hard to sort through because theres so many things on it.
