Inexpensive is the only word to describe Big Lots. This place specializes in overstock and off-brand items. It is a good place to go and pick up something on an impulse but I never go here looking for something specific as you just wont know if it will be there or not. A few exceptions like paper plates or dog treats but mostly, I think of this store as a random impulse buy warehouse.

I generally feel that Big Lots has an issue with organization and such and this one was no different. Was the end of the day and staff was in a bit of a hurry to get out of there even though we were making a significant purchase.

No better than Wall-Mart with worse customer service. Never shopping here again. Cheap items mean they will fall apart and wear down quicker. Pay a little more to have higher quality items. Not "Made in China".

First time here and the layout of the store feels a little wonky. A fair amount of variety of product, depending on what youre looking for. Employees were available and asked if we needed any assistance.

Had to return a mattress pad without original packaging but with receipt. Took it back with ease. You never know what this store has but its fun to find the bargains.

The manager jennifer is so great. She helped us find what we needed and was so professional. You cant find good help like that anymore these days.
