I believe that I am a forgiving kind of a guy, it takes a lot to push me over and actualy take the time to do something such as this review. i visit there once every couple of weeks for anything that catches my eye, so my experience is not limited to just a single event. They treat customers ,with thier tone of voice and body language and the way they look at you like "get a clue stupid". The prices, they pull out of the air. and when you suggest its too much, they come out with a price of a brand new product(that comes with packageing, warranty and of course it has not been used.) example : I found 2 less than 6 foot usb extension cables and he said 10.95 with tax , 5.00 each plus tax. of course i said too much and he comes back with, do you know how much these are new , 10.00 each, i said ya but yours are used, he said like they work any different used?. as i turn around and walk out he continues to talk and said , come on man. I found Many options for less than 6.00 NEW in a box at other retailers. I am sure when they see this complaint they will make themselves feel better by grasping a strings and insulting my english/ grammer skills with in this messsage. I certainly am no English major at any means. I would not miss these guys if they go out of business. Beware future customers.

It is what it is. It is a great place to get affordable tech work in a timely manner and to drop off old electronics for recycling. You can find hard-to-find items here and some parts for older computers but it can be hit-or-miss. Really walk into this place expecting knowledgeable technicians and not retail-sales people and your experience will be excellent. There are good deals on used laptops and desktops but again, they are used so dont expect miracles. I have seen people buy a laptop and it failed. Then it was exchanged in the first 30 days for no cost. Hope that helped!

...because the employees are garbage. Also arrogant and rude and think they are smarter than they actually are (but if they were they wouldnt be working here now, would they?). Best place to find them on a weekend night is eating pizza by their xbox, playing card games at a hobby store or watching Star Trek at home by themselves for the nth time. Still a useful place to drop off unwanted electronics but they should enable a self checkout since I think that would be more helpful than the actual employees. cheers ;)

overpriced, bad product Brought a second hand laptop for 235.00 dollars before tax last year. Paid an additional 30 dollars for an extended warranty. Started to have problem with the screen a few days later until finally the screen became so fuzzy that the computer became unusable. For that kind of money, i expect the product to work and equipped with a mother board that works. I would not encourage anyone to buy 2nd hand computer/laptop from them.

I have been in this store in the past and was just in this last month and what a change! The store is so well organized that it was very easy to look through their products. I was also very impressed with the technician and store manager as they were able to diagnose and fix my laptops issues. After talking with the store manager, he mentioned that the store is under new ownership and their focus is to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I am!

I called asking about a power adapter for my laptop. Before I had even said what kind, he said "Nope." I said that HP adapters are generic, and did he have any. He said "We dont carry any Compaq adapters" and then hung up. Sadly, this is only one of many times I have had a negative experience with these jerks. Dont even bother calling them-- obviously they arent interested in making money.

This place is great, however not for the technologically stupid. A place to go to find the hard to get cords needed for any computer hardware application. My first and and usually last stop before having to waste my time going to Frys and Best Buy... If PC Recycle doesnt have the cord you are looking for you would be hard pressed to find it at any other place.

I used to save old computer parts; now I drop them here, and when I need something......its so cheap to buy it here that im better of getting rid of my power supplies, mice, keyboards, and then buying only when I really need something. I also bought a wifi router...great deal....much cheaper than regular retail

I have been going here for years, mostly to recycle our business electronics. They have always been friendly. We are now also using them for computer maintenance and repair for our business computers! I must say the service has been great.

I was impressed by the turn-around for repairs I got. Ray was helpful when I didnt know what was wrong with my machine, fixed it, got it back to me working again, and told me what I needed to do to keep it that way. Thanks!

Awesome! Store Personnel were extremely nice and helpful. I bought a refurbished computer from them and it is working out great. I had Recycled my TV here before but never realized they sold computer systems as well.
