All that I need to say is: JIMMY He is the man. He genuinely wants to help you out as best as possible. Thats it. Im an idiot when it comes to phones, how to update, transfer, data, etc. I have been on a family plan with Sprint forever, and along with switching from a 5s to a 6, I wanted to move to Verizon. I live in Laurel Heights and since I had a Friday off, I just wanted to find the closest location to me so I could walk and not have to head downtown. Long story short, I am so happy I went IN STORE to see Jimmy at Verizon/ClickAway. Jimmy helped me with some really confusing issues with my Apple ID, as well as help me easily move from Sprint to Verizon, and I can already tell there is an improvement in coverage. Jimmy is awesome - I am absolutely going to work with him in the future. He hooked me up with a great deal through the Verizon "recycle" program, and got me a case and glass protect hookup. My phone issues were getting extremely bad and since I need my phone and constant email access with my job, I am so relieved I went to this location to see Jimmy. *****Andrew

I went there a few weeks to place an order for a phone that was back-ordered. After paying for the order in full they said it would be in before they would be shipped from Verizons website. After two and a half weeks without a phone call from them I decided to call and ask if the phone had come in. I spoke to a guy and he said it was probably going to be another two or three weeks. I asked for a specific date and responded with, "we get them when Verizon ships them to us." I had actually placed an order, but since they are not a direct Verizon store they cant directly place orders. This was not expressed to me until I call Verizons 1800 number. Do not got there, they are deceiving. I placed my order directly through Verizon, and it was delivered in three days. I felt like I was getting my service through AT&T when I was there and corresponded with them over the phone. There is a reason why I am Verizon, and its because this doesnt happen. Stay away from this store

I had the worst week ever, nothing but bad events. Long long story short, my phone got into a reset mode that I could not fix. MICHAEL S. Your the man!!! Michael went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely taken care of and 100% satisfied. Google, and Samsung both gave me the run around for days. Michael and Verizon were just aces! Michael did multiple attempts at troubleshooting the phone as well as talking to Samsung and Google to get my situation resolved. All the while (6 hours of time) he multitasked other customers always cheerful, helpful, and giving excellent customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, Jimmy and Michael gave me the best experience ever and supported me during a very difficult personal day. These guys are super stars. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. ClickAway is my go to for all my mobile needs!

AWEFUL! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! my husband had been waiting to get his upgrade with the black Friday promotion sale for the xperia z3. not only did they say they didnt have it in stock but they checked other stores and said no one had it except a store across the bay. then they said the instant rebate would only be available online. assuming this was the truth my husband went and placed an order for the phone with a mail in rebate. we found out later that another Verizon store did have this phone in stock and the instant rebate was not online only. we went and was told nothing could be due to the line being frozen while the order was in progress. fortunatel, my husband stated he could stay there all day until they fix. TLDR: moral of the story they lied, my husband didnt get is phone and never go to a clickaway mobile verizin wireless. FIND A CORPORATE STORE!!!!!

Every time I have to come in to this place, its because I messed up somehow and broke my phone beyond all reasonable repair (I swear not even dumbledore himself could have fixed the damage I did to this last one), and well, anyway, the guys that work at this store have saved the day like shining nights, one carrying two coconut halves and the other speaking of african swallows. Jimmy is king, for real. I am the princess of screen demolishing and thank god for him, I ended up getting the "you suck at not breaking your phone all the damn time" plan, and so recently when I broke my phone, I only had a mild coronary! He also made sure I had a loaner phone while mine was being fixed and threw on some lane bumpers since he knows Imma probably do it again (ok hopefully not, but Im a realist, and apple is capitolism). Mr. Lee is the MAN. YOURE MY BOY LEE.

I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of customer care I have received here. These guys are the most knowledgeable and patient, will get you the best deals on new phones and warranties, and just a pleasure to do business with. My phone was acting up while I was out of state. Ben was able to spend time to troubleshoot with me on the phone and when that didnt work, he quickly mailed me a new phone. Ben called me the day I got it, walked me through all the steps in getting set up and also erasing my old phone. I didnt even mind being placed on hold because they have beautiful piano music!

Jimmy was awesome: answered ALL of my questions, was a great steward of my data, and helped navigate through the myriad of steps to purchase a new phone, transfer the data form the old phone, and deactivate the old phone. He even helped me package up the old phone to send to my niece. Jimmy made some great calls on upgrades options (some of which I turned down) and provided some great advice as well. Im letting all of my co-workers down the street know that Jimmy is the one to see when its time to get a new phone...

This is the only Verizon shop I go to for help. We have 5 lines with our family plan. This last visit was the best service we have had because of Jimmy. My daughter needed an upgrade and he worked out all the details and mailed the phone to her at college. He made this upgrade easy and seamless. Service is always dependent on the person. Over the past few years, Jimmy has proven to be consistently polite and knowledgable on what is the best approach on billing and upgrades.

Local owner. Walked there in a hurry from the hospital arriving moments before closing time. Walked straight for my item and was served without question. I dad some hassles that turned out to be my cause and Jimmy was patient and honored my expectations. Not sure if this retailer would always favor liberal service levels. If you need Verizon services or related products in or around the area, youll be in good hands with these guys.
