these guys are awful. the owner does have a kind of convincing speech (doubt his knowledge) but the other guy like everybody says in yelp try avoiding him. he is a arrogant and unruly. i dont know if he is mentally ill. i was there with my laptop which had stopped working all of a sudden and i fell into this owner sweet words and gave him my laptop. the other day i found i still have warranty. i went back and came back home with my laptop. i looked inside the back cover of the laptop i saw a yellow tape over the wire connecting the mother board. i took the tape off i found the socket is broken to hold the wire and is why he had put the tape so that it wont fall. i had also tried looking at it opening the back cover myself before so i know exactly how it was before. they claim that they have been working for 30 years and dont even know how to unplug the most common type of wire? they took my 65 dollar and didnt even refund it even though they didnt do anything but broke my cable socket. do you know what they told me about the tape when i asked them "thats also a wire connecting things" very funny! thank god the lenovo still went through the warranty and fixed it.

The guy in charge with the limp is incompetent and so is his moronic assistant. He charged me $90 to change a touch screen I had already bought and he failed to clean it so there is debris inside my screen. For $90 he could have cleaned the screen.
