I called to ask a few questions re: a printing issue . my hope was to get some general direction with my issue then take my laptop and printer in and have them looked at. after my initial description on the phone. the male person I spoke with seemed " put out " to help me,and stated " sorry Dude ", I gotta go " and he hung up on me. as a small business owner myself I have never ever been treated so poorly in all my life. the person I spoke with has just lost my business,and the 5000 people Im emailing this to on my email contact list. this operation is well below the minimum wages earned at Wal-Mart.i tried to leave 0 stars, but it wont allow it.

Had my computer repaired here a year or to ago and ran by and ad for this place brought my computer in and ask hime to fix it for me quoted me a reasonable price and i asked how to become a computer tech he kindly told me when i got my computer back he broke a key getting it back in and so i pointed it out he said come back in a week and ill swap the keyboard out... turns out they keyboard was all wrong and when i complained again the older man said your going to be a little prick about this arent you... will never refer and posted to warn future customers

But hey, the rest of us are perfect, right? They struggle just like the rest of us. Bought a nice refurbished laptop for a friend in college. It was perfect. Its running great going on 3 years. Got a desktop off their shelf, had em upgrade some RAM and my video card solid. Runs great, they used solid components. Brought it back after over a year when cd/dvd lost its pathway (that was me goofin)..they tweaked it and clean it and sent me out the door with nothin but a smile and no charge. Ill go back.

The fan went out in the power supply and they put in a new one in 30 minutes and cheep too. Best Buy wanted 100 dollars and 3 days to do it

Needed a quick fix for a problem; took unit in to get a diagnosis; fixed it right away instead... Gone in 10 minutes...problem solved.

Ive been here twice and they can fix pretty much any computer. There prices are ok. It could be a little less money.
