My wife wore her Aldo shoes 3 times and they fell apart. Went to the store to get them fixed or exchanged and they were completely uncooperative. They promised to do a repair, but after waiting 40 days and 6 trips to the store we gave up. We asked for a refund and they refused. The store manager offered a measly 15% discount on a new pair and acted as though she was doing us some kind of favor; we declined her offer to waste more money on another pair of worthless shoes. Do not buy Aldo shoes. Poor quality, rude staff, and very poor customer service.
