First time at this store and my last. The people working there could not care any less about you. Maybe it was a bad day or bad time but I was not asked once if I needed help. If it was busy I would have understood..there were two customers total, with me being one of them. I held one shoe as I tried to get somebody to get my size for 15 minutes. Finally went to the counter to ask the girl if I could please get help...she said she couldnt as she just stood there like she had been doing the whole time I was there, acting like she wad too good to work there. She asked another worker as he came by and his response "ugh Im busy"..again...if he actually was I would have understood. All they did was go back and forth cracking jokes. When he came back again he finally asked what my size was. He went inside. No joke, 10 minutes later he came back with a box of shoes.........for the other guy. He walked inches from me not acknowledging I was there or reassuring me he was coming back. Nope, went back to the counter with the other workers and did was he doing the whole time...nothing. As you can tell Im a extremely patient guy but after that disrespect I finally had enough. If they feel too "good/cool" to work at champs...why work there. A job is a job, at least make an attempt at it.

I came in looking for some shoes that I could wear all day and got just what I needed. One of the associates recommended the Nike Pegasus and I agreed to try them on. The associate then put an insole in it and by far made the shoe a lot better. I bought some shorts too, the guy who helped me I think his name was Louis and also this one girl helped me too, they were more than helpful. I recommend this store, they will take care of you.

Called earlier today to hold shoes, and then came 5 hours later. They then could not find them, but only 2 employees actually cared enough to go look for them and help. It was very busy but some were not doing anything. But then one, assistant manager Ralph, was very helpfull. We then found them and paid. Overall, dont go unless you have to. If you go, dont expect great service. Ask for Ralph though.

Selection was very good. Had a hard time finding something I *really* liked, but that wasnt a fault of the store. Sales people were pretty attentive. I got upsold some products, but they were actually relevant. They didnt just try to pitch random things to me. I noticed they really paid attention and made recommendations to people that seemed to matter. Good store.

I was trying to get the space jams and I called on Sunday 12/4 and they said they were raffleing them off day of release then I called in on Thursday to check again and they said they raffled them Monday and Tuesday so I asked why the other guy said Saturday and he said it was my fault for not double checking sooner

dont come here unless you have at least an hour just to wait in the check_out line. all these people want to help me but cant!!! why offer? and whats up with having only one register open on a Saturday evening? Im taking my business else where. btw the internet has better deals...

stopped by today to get shoes. ghetto service. no professional staff there. so I went to footlocker and received great service and bought several pairs. go to footlocker because they got exceptional deals.

I stood patiently in line and i ended being helped when the line cleared. I was told by the cashier to stand aside because apparently what i needed "can take a while". Poor service. Got my money back.

They have different section for each kind of shoes. But they have less colorways and some kind of shoes. Also the price is higher compared to finish line and some other places
