Although I do love New Balance running shoes, I rated this store 5 stars for the service they gave. They helped ,my friend find a pair of shoes they were looking for by looking up the style number and telling them stock levels at other places, since they didnt have the shoe themselves. I would definitely go back again when looking for shoes, just because of how helpful they are.

The store was well stocked and clean. Marcus was extremely helpful as were the other employees. The store was crowded because we had just finished a shoe clinic. The employees paid attention to each and every guest without delay. I will definitely drive back to Bellevue from Tacoma to have Marcus as my sales person, as well as the other staff.

Really nice sales guy, I literally tried on 12 pairs of shoes. I only wanted 2 pair but bought 3 because I felt like he was making commission. They really need to figure out tax exempt though, I could have easily gone online and saved 15 bucks and had them shipped to my door.

very helpful staff, spent almost 1 hour in the store looking for right pairs for my feet, also tried there scanner. I enjoyed being there, the staff were not very pushy, gave there honest reviews about there product.

Very friendly personable, professional, and knowledgeable help was given to me. They seemed to have the most updated equipment you could have in order to get the right fit for you and the type of shoe you need.

The service is really friendly and helpful here. The shoes are super comfortable and always seem to fit just right. Im not a big fan and tryign to make my way into the mall but it seems worth it most of the time.

Great product but awful store management. Staff are young and no experience. They also do not want to be there or sell you anything. They want you out. Last experience was in 2016. But stop going there.

Unhelpful staff and they didnt have any widths in stock - one of the things theyre known for. Im a longtime NB customer but disappointed in this store.

Customer service is lackluster. Parking is a near death experience. Whatever you do, do not park in another shopping complex lot to go there.
